Hey all I just wanted to share my experience of CityMd with you, So I was Covid Positive and needed a Chest X-Ray to be sure I didn't have phenomena and was turned away from 5 radiology places and 2 urgent cares just b/c I was Positive and no one wanted me in there place I truly felt like a "Lepper" than I called CityMd and without hesitation they told me to come in and I was seen within 10 minutes the staff was friendly and kind,the office technology was awesome and efficient, The ONLY thing that I didn't like was the fact they tried to charge me a $25.00 Copay when I don't even have a copay and I was told that being it was an "Ugent Care" center its different??? I explained that I have been to many "Ugent Care" centers before and was never told that anyway they waived the fee as a 1 time courtesy.So that was my experience

Ive been here a few times. Each time the people treat me with the utmost professionalism. The wait is not too bad and the service is top notch. When I went there was a PA Amanda Kulesza who was super friendly, professional extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose,treat me and send in a script to treat my ailment. I totally recommend citi md to anyone with a sickness.

I have always had a great experience at this urgent care. My last visit I waited less than 20 minutes to be seen. The physician was very professional and respectful. All of the staff members were kind and I left feeling as though I was listened to. The doctor explained my symptomsAnd what medications work best. It was thorough exam, the doctor was fantastic. MyMeds were ready as soon as I got to my pharmacy. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this place.

I am not one to frequent walk in clinics but I cant say enough about City MD on Richmond Avenue. The staff was extremely personable and caring. My wife was having asthma issues and the doctor on duty was extremely sympathetic to her condition. He ended up prescribing 3 different scripts and worked on getting the best prices for them (no insurance due to a layoff).  Then to my surprise they called the next day to check up on her. Our regular doctor never did this. I may have found a new Primary Care physician. Great job City MD.

Love this place. For Urgent Care its so convenient and efficient. They also set up followup appointments with specialists so you dont have to worry about looking for someone. Theyre great.

Today is my first time signing up with CityMD. And I have to say I would definitely be coming back to CityMD on Richmond avenue. What an outstanding visit. Great service, very polite and professional with a great management.

This was my first visit to CityMD for an otitis media. As a medical assistant my self I must say this has been the best experience I ever had. Their staff is very educated, polite and very professional. I am pleased that I found a place where the service is outstanding. I work in queens but I live in Staten Island and its very hard to find a good doctor or clinic in Staten Island and CityMD is amazing thank you.
