List of Richmond Urgent Care's Reviews
Horrible honestly the scribe asked me 2 questions after me waiting in the exam room for already 20 min and now the provider still hasn’t seen me yet. Horrible and I honestly recommend you commute to another city MD.
Terrible unoreen.ganized and had to come back 3 times before being seen each time walking .. Me and my wifr will pass on this place
A had wonderful experience and facilities!!!
Amazing care and beautiful hospitality
The doctor and medical assistant was very professional and helpful!
The staff is so friendly and super helpful, I prefer to go to CityMD if possible
Hey all I just wanted to share my experience of CityMd with you, So I was Covid Positive and needed a Chest X-Ray to be sure I didn't have phenomena and was turned away from 5 radiology places and 2 urgent cares just b/c I was Positive and no one wanted me in there place I truly felt like a "Lepper" than I called CityMd and without hesitation they told me to come in and I was seen within 10 minutes the staff was friendly and kind, the office technology was awesome and efficient, The ONLY thing that I didn't like was the fact they tried to charge me a $25.00 Copay when I don't even have a copay and I was told that being it was an "Ugent Care" center its different??? I explained that I have been to many "Ugent Care" centers before and was never told that anyway they waived the fee as a 1 time courtesy. So that was my experience
Here for my COVID testing. And management here is the worse. The let patients/customers play loud music and hold loud conversations on theirs phones. No one not even their security walked over to them to go out side or use headphones or plain and simple to take that damn call off of their speaker.Other reason why I cant nor want to deal with civilians.I want to throat punch this dude & his girl for having 2 different calls for everyone to hear.
Worth the read if you care about your or a loved ones quality of care!!! I have been here twice and each time I wish I could rate this ZERO STARS and not even give this establishment the satisfaction of one star. The people operating this facility are amongst the rudest, most condescending and unprofessional healthcare workers. Its hard to view them as that because of their lack of qualities true hardworking and compassionate healthcare workers possess. Our first experience at this establishment was horrible but this time was worse. First experience the doctor didnt even want to be bothered listening to symptoms. We waited on the line to be seen twice each time being over an hour & a half. Additionally, I was with my grandmother (age 70) both times as well. Im more than understanding of the wait time considering the surge of cases in S.I. Theres only so much that can be done with such limitation. However, as my grandmother and I were just approaching the front of the line, a woman came from the parking lot, cut ahead of 12+ people, stated that she had called ahead and they told her cut because she had a fever. The people waiting on line were aggravated, rightfully so, and told her where the back of the line was. The woman went back in her car, called again and the security guard opened the door, allowed her inside the establishment within seconds. The reason for my review is not to complain about a line cutter. The issue is: It was not her fault, it was the establishments!! It gets better..Finally, we were able to check in at 9:15am after getting there prior to opening (7am). Two EMT workers enter as were checking in and asked that they be seen sooner than other patients considering their line of duty. Citymd denied them and proceeded to inform them they do not have priority patients regardless of who they are. These professionals consciously denied a fellow healthcare worker ( which is fine if its policy ) but they allowed this woman claiming she has a fever to cut the 2 hour line not even minutes beforethe hypocrisy! this was unsettling to me and when I decided to issue a complaint. I asked the woman behind the desk if I could give a complaint and went on to explain my difficulties in understanding their patient selection. The woman behind the desk immediately caught an attitude, told me to speak up after I told her I didnt want to speak loudly and make the other woman that I was discussing feel uncomfortable (considering she was just doing as she was told). She added, if youre not feeling well, than what the woman did was fine. They dont take appointments but thats basically what happened anyway! I thanked the woman behind the desk kindly, sat down and was seen by a doctor 4560 minutes after check in. Summary Time waiting outside: 2 hours Time in waiting room: 4560 mins Doctor visit: 35 mins (including +15 for rapid results) Appx total time: 3.5 hours Level of professionalism: 2/10 Cleanliness: 6/10 Quality of care: 4/10
The line for the Covid 19 test is always long, no social distance and even people with no mask . They should make sure people is following the regulations.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
