if I could give zero stars I would! Susan and Joanie won’t do the work because it’s their birthday and they’re leaving early why did you come to work? Absolutely disgusting and a joke of an office!

The most disturbing awkward doctor and practice I ever seen !!! First of all the only doctor who does not see sick people in person it’s over phone only ! Can you even imagine how crazy and weird that is !!!!!! Stay far away from this metal case !!! It’s not even normal and he should be beyond embarrassed !! Coward

I have been a patient for many years and I have been there very recently. The staff he has now are terrific, very warm and friendly. Dr. Fulop has been the same great doctor all these years! No complaints from either me or my husband.

It is the most disfuctional office. The office manager Joanie is an inept. Staff goes on vacation and there is no body who can do the work. Dr fulop does not care .and Mount Sinai doctor allows this practice ...shame!

Personally I would not give even 1 star! I was released from the hospital with broken ribs, tailbone and several fractures in the thoracic part of my spine. I have osteoporosis and have had prior fractures. i took a bad fall down the steps. I was told upon release to follow up with my primary doctor; Dr. Elizabeth Maddela who i love however she was on vacation. After leaving 2 in depth messages 2 days in a row stating i needed a script for my Boniva which i am to take every month on the same day I WAS IGNORED!!! I left another message with the service and again was ignored. I do not believe i should be ignored having been a patient for a few years. I just wish they cared more about someone who is relying on them. I'm extremely disappointed.

Dr Fulop is an excellent doctor but unfortunately office staff for the most part is a nightmare. You are immediately put on holds of up to 20 minutes to ask a question or make an appointment. Exhausting, frustrating and infuriating.

D. Fulop is an internist truly cares about his patients! You do not find physicians like him any more. he goes above and beyond to care for his patients.

Dr. Fulop is great, but I am so frustrated after calling the office several times, that I just can't seem to get my prescription refilled. Nobody is taking care of business.

I have been a patient of Dr Fulop's for about 20 yrs. I cannot tell you how much of an amazing physician he is. He cares so much about his patients regardless of the ability to bill for anything. He is truly what a pcp should be. Someone who truly listens to his patients and goes above and beyond to help his patients. I am a rn and have many interactions with pcp and as a patient I would not chose anyone else to care about my health. He is honest, open and responds to his patient's needs immediately. He has helped me through the best and worst times in my life. I cannot express to you how important it is to have a primary care doctor who is Dr Fulop. I thank you and commend you for the person/doctor and advocate you are for those under you care. I wanted a way to thank you on a great scale and this is all I could think I could do. Hopefully those who read these things understand that I do not do reviews but Dr Fulop you deserve more. Thank you
