Very satisfied with my visit

This is a doctor to avoid. His only concern is for you to by Canabis. If you tell him you do not want cannabis he will insult you and tell you you do not know what you are doing. Do not let him test your urine. He will submit other people’s urine that is drug laden scarring u for life!

If you want a pain doctor who cares nothing for whether you're in pain or not, who gets irritated if you ask questions and takes more than 4 weeks or back and forth for xrays and mri's before he does anything then this is your guy. Be prepared to have to advocate for yourself, because no one in this practice will help you without a fight.

Unless you are willing to argue with both the doctor and his staff to get anything done, you will not be satisfied with this particular Dr. Zero empathy and a rude staff. Find another option.

Dr. Modugu is THE BEST, advanced and state of the art in chronic pain management. I have personally been a patient of his for many years after suffering from an accident which my back & neck were severely injured. I had previously 4 surgeries on my back & neck (from a neurosurgeon in Tarrytown) which did not make my pain any better. Dr Modugu gave me back my abilities to live with so much less pain, & I gained back the quality of daily living. He worked with me over time doing different processes, and I can honestly say he is the BEST OF THE BEST. He recommended a trial spinal cord stimulator called Proclaim by Abbott which he does the trial procedure, and what a success! I now have the permanent device that helps so much. I see him every month and will NEVER leave him. I have referred many people to him who couldn't thank me enough. I know what it is to have debilitating pain, I am so very fortunate to have found him.He's definitely the best, his staff is WONDERFUL! He gets busy, so be sure to call and book in advance. His staff was professional and super courteous. They were responsive to calls to transfer records , arrange appts, etc. He is professional, thoughtful and somebody who calls after hours to report on a test result and exhibit empathy for somebody with an unpleasant diagnosis is a class act. I would totally endorse

I was referred to Doctor Modugu from a woman I ran into while out shopping. Her name is Dale and she had just had a spinal cord stimulator implant and has been a patient with Dr. Modugu for over 10 years. After hearing her experience with Dr. Modugu and the progress she's made, I think I finally found the best doctor! I can't thank her enough for sharing her story with me, and for her pleather of information! . I finally went to my first appointment and I can tell you that he is WONDERFUL! On my 1st visit I noticed a huge difference in the time he spent with me, and cared so much about helping me. I an very happy with my visit and the time he took with me. I finally have hope again that I will be able to heal and be treated with respect, unlike other pain doctors I have seen. I am chronically in pain from RA, and also back issues. I'm so fortunate to have found him!! I will be sharing my experience with others who also need help! Thank-you!!!!!

I am a patient for 1 year, and I have come so far since Dr. Modugu has been treating me. I wish I had known about him sooner, but I am so very grateful to him and his lovely staff for taking such great care of me. If you need a pain doctor, hes the best.

I had been going to a different pain management doctor and I was not doing any better. After my first appointment with Dr Modugu I couldn't believe the change! He took his time, went through all my medical records I brought in and really spent time with me to come up with treatment options. Hes brilliant, he changed the quality of my life and I cant wait for my follow up appointment. I can tell you honestly, hes the best and I've been to other local pain drs that arent even close to the care I got with Dr Modugu. His office staff is great too! I read some negative reviews that are honestly nothing like the amazing doctor he is! Im glad I followed my friends highly regarded referral! Go see him! You will be thankful you went. Great guy, excellent doctor and he's renewed my faith in finding a great dr when I was at my all time low.
