Dr. Brum and his staff were very courteous and efficient. I made an appointment through the Mt. Sinai mychart app, which accidentally put me as a a new patient and wasted the receptionist's time with having to fix it (Sorry!).

Dr Brum is an excellent doctor....staff is pleasant...but the return calls could be more timely....also difficult to get through the phone lines....music constantly playing....

Dr brum is great.his staff is something different .I wait on hold everytime for a minimum of 30 minutes then they pick up and put you on hold again but if you go in the office no one's on the phone .be honest because of this I go to urgent care lately. Also I pay my co pay and still get a bill in the mail

It was one of the best doctors visit that I ever had. The office was professional, efficient, and was very courteous to all my problems and needs. Would highly recommend to anyone look for a physician.

I was experiencing chest pains. I called DrBrums office & was told to call 911 or immediately come to the office if able to do so . I arrived & was immediately taken into the examining room & given a thorough examination including an EKG Dr Brum asked me a series of questions & by the time I was ready to leave the office , the pains had subsided. Dr Brum is extremely caring, patient , knowledgeable & an exceptional diagnostician. I have been using him for 20 years & recommend him highly.
