Amazing doctor. Takes time to listen and answer all questions- never ever felt rushed. Wait times are great too- for scheduled and emergency visits, we’ve always waited less than 20min, and there was no waiting room time, waiting time was spent in exam room. Highly recommend her
We see Dr Daiuto regularly and absolutely love her and all of the Doctors at pediatric healthcare associates. They are so smart and knowledgeable and we always feel well taken care of.
I've recently moved into Staten Island and trying to look for another pediatrician for both of my kids. Their original pediatrician is in Flushing Queens and we love him but it's too far now. Found Pediatric Health Care PC on Google and thought that since it's nearby my home so I selected them. My daughter has been having on & off fever of 102 for about 3-4 days, so I decided that I need to bring her in. The check-in process is very smooth and high tech (they gave you a pad to fill out everything), the environment is a little out-of-date (maybe a repaint will do the job), the staff are sooooo nice and friendly. There was a bit of wait because of the big snow storm coming the next day, so everyone tries to get their kid to see the doc. Finally we got to see Dr. Daiuto (she's on call). She is extremely nice, friendly and she's very gentle towards my daughter so she won't be afraid of the doc. She made my daughter very calm. Dr. Daiuto diagnosed my daughter with normal virus that caused the fever so I don't have to worry much. She performed the strep test right there in the office and I only waited for like 10 minutes. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to friends that need a pediatrician nearby.
very moody. horrible communication skills.
My 9 year old daughter is very active and is solid muscle. She recently went for her well visit and was told by Dr D'Aiuto that she needs to watch what she eats because she gained too much weight and that it is harder to lose weight as you get older. My daughter is now afraid of getting fat and isn't eating properly. I wanted to make her aware of what she did and phone calls are never returned. I will now be taking my daughter to a new pediatrician all together
I just told the office that I don't want to see dr diauto anymore because she is nasty and snippy, always. She comes off very nice but definitely is not. She is afraid to treat in the office and just sends you to the er or specialists. She has never given me any information or been helpful with my daughters medical problem at all. She always says she doesn't know. Totally useless to me as a doctor. No support either. She gets even nastier if you are a walk in even if it's serious. But when you call for a sick visit sometimes they tell you the only appt is like 9 hrs from the time you call! Plus they toldmd I can't pick and choose which doctor I Want to see
She is nasty and snippy. Dont like her. Prefer to see other doctors in office,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
