Appointments mean nothing. U wait hours regardless.

We saw Dr. Baer. She was wonderful; detailed and thorough. Nurses and other staff was kind and efficient.

This is the worse place you could thrust for taking care of your healthiness. 3 weeks ago I called asking for and appointment, I gave my symptoms to the nurse and she replied me back telling me that my doctor is in vacation and even though she was taking appointments, she wasn’t gonna be available to see me becase she is booked until November. And I asked for see a different doctor, but again she replied telling me that the doctor does not share her patients, finally I asked her if my symptoms are something to worry and she said “no” these symptoms could happened 😔 for any normal reasons. Week pass and my symptoms got worse I called back begging for an ultrasound and mamo appointment and they still refused to give me something sooner. I went to my primary care and after I gave my symptoms, I could see his face and I understood that this wasn’t ok. Finally yesterday I went to the center personally. With about 5 more symptoms, and begging to see my doctor, who was seeing patients in that moment. They asked the doctor if she could see me, but they reply me telling that she is not going to see me becase after the next patient she has a surgery scheduled. My husband asked the nurse that even though my wife is with that many serious symptoms like swelling lymph nodes and under pain it is not a reason just to check her and helped her?. They just sorry saying that it is impossible. Now I have so much pain all over my body, swelling nodes and my both breast started to swelling and changing. I have a 5 years old girl and I maybe not gonna see her growing much becase I made the biggest mistake In my life to thrust this place. This people play with our lives. We shouldn’t play with our lives. Find a better place to thrust your health.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with her treatment here. Dr. Pearl is a no nonsense, down to earth guy. All the staff members are beyond nice. I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

Drs and the whole staff are outstanding!!! Nurses are well trained and caring... you feel cared about as soon as your greeted walking in..

DO NOT GO TO THE MEDICAL ONCOLOGY & HEMATOLOGY CENTER 1. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 2. OVER 2 HOUR WAIT TIMES. 3. NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR. The nurses and doctors here have no problem making you wait over 2 hours and will lie to you face when you ask much longer it will take. They seem to be especially trained at lying to you and giving you the run around. If you pressure them they eventually start saying “I don’t know how much longer it will take, I am not the doctor” or “That’s confidential information, I can’t reveal that” just to keep the lie up. After my 2 hours and badgering them I finally got an answer that 5 people were still ahead of me. That is easily another 2 hours of waiting. With the 2 hours I already waited would have made it 4 hours. Don’t go here! Serious, don’t reward bad service and long wait times. And if you are ever in this situation, do what I did and head to the billing department demanding the appointment be voided for too long of a wait.
