Alexea M Gaffney Adams's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gaffney is a fantastic doctor. She takes the time to talk with her patients. She has always listened to everything I have to say, and she doesn't rush you out the door. The only thing that could really use improvement is the wait time to see her. I'm always there for at least an hour when I have an appointment. But, in my opinion, Dr. Gaffney is worth the wait!

I have seen 5 doctors for a medical condition related to my sinus and breathing over the course of 14 months and all of these doctors kept prescribing antibiotic after antibiotic without any blood work, without listening to my symptoms as a patient. They all ignored what I had to say and my condition just kept getting worse and worse. They also kept passing me around to the next doctor because they couldn't be bothered anymore. It was very depressing. Then I found doctor #6, Dr Gaffney. Thank God there is still doctors out there who actually listen to the patient. This doctor never gives up and will stay with you through the whole sickness and will not abandon you. Her attitude, personality and incredible professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Since I have been seeing Dr. Gaffney I have made major strides in my healing process and it his her enthusiasm, professionalism and patient care is the reason. Dr. Gaffney-Adams is a wonderful doctor however the practice is very poorly managed. There are long wait times, an hour or more, for scheduled appointments. This happens regularly for me here.

Poorly run office that doesn’t respect anybody’s time. Wait in the office for over an hour just to have a rushed appointment. They can’t even show up for virtual appointments on time.

Dr Alexea Gaffney is an amazing doctor!!! She is very thorough and takes time with her patients. I am so happy to have her as my doctor.

I can find better doctors in my home country. No Need to come to her.

Dr.Gaffney is an excellent Dr. She genuinely cares for her patients. The office staff couldn’t have been nicer . I couldn’t be happier that I was referred to Dr. Gaffney finally a Dr. that actually listens to what you are saying and genuinely try’s to help you . I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Gaffney and the staff . I actually arrived 30 minutes early and was seen right away .

Dr Gaffney is an EXCELLENT Dr....she is so very educated in her field of expertise and has such a beautiful comforting attitude with her Patients...she is so concerned for each and every patient that enters her office...if you should encounter a short wait, she is well worth waiting for patiently!!!

I saw Dr Gaffney last week and said how much I liked DrGaffney and the office . I was referred to another Dr for a special procedure they no longer perform it. After several hours of trying to find a Dr. on my own I called the office they found me a different Dr and Dr. Gaffney let the Dr. know why I was coming . Excellent Dr and staff couldn’t be nicer .

Dr. Gaffney has great bedside manner and explains the treatment plan very well. That's where the good part ends. I was told I would be called with test results withing 3-4 days. Nothing. Tried to call the office and the phone wasn't working properly so i wasn't able to get the results. Finally i got through(almost 2 weeks later) and a nurse called me back and told me i needed antibiotics. When i asked questions she wasn't able to answer them. After i finished the antibiotics, i called back and was told that nothing further was needed. I asked how they knew without follow up testing and they couldn't answer. Finally they put Dr. Gaffney on the phone and she agreed to do testing to determine whether or not the treatment worked. She obtained the info about the lab location and promised to call in the prescription for the follow-up tests. I'm sure you can guess that when i showed up at the lab, they didn't have any prescriptions for me. Just really bad follow-up.
