Did not like this doctor at all! I had blood clots after a pregnancy, and he made me feel like I did something wrong. He didn’t even look at my charts beforehand to see what was going on and just kept asking, nastily, the same questions over and over! Would not recommend him to anyone!

I made an appt to see Dr. Lan because I had blood tests that showed the possibility of a blood cancer. I had to wait almost 2 months for my appt. The day before they called to confirm my appt and then the next day they called to cancel my appt that I waited for and took off of work for and organized my schedule around... when I asked for a new appt they offered me an appt in JULY! 3 months away! When I asked for a different dr they still offered me an appt 3 months away! I would never make an appt with that group/ practice ever again. They would not give me a reason why Dr Lan would not be available for the appt that i had waited for. I found the whole conversation to be disrespectful and demeaning. I will be looking for another doctor. If i could give ZERO stars i would... this medical practice is not deserving of the 1 star i gave above.

From November 2017. I am a patient, dr. Lan. I am very pleased with the consultation and full of appreciation for dr. Lan. Dr. Lan will describe briefly : a great approach to the patient, empathy combined with great medical knowledge, kindness and a smile. I recommend to all dr. Lan as a hematologist. DR. LAN IS THE BEST.
