If you are looking for a top- notch Cardiologist- Dr. John Savino is the guy! Listens to what the patient has to say, is thorough in his explanations and exams. Dr. Savino even makes follow up calls to discuss your results! The office personnel are fantastic as well! Highly recommended practice.

Was advised to see a cardiologist by my PCP. Called the office explained why I needed to be seen and as a new patient I was in within a week. Dr. Savino came into the room and even with the mask on I could see his smile. Took time to get to know me and make sure I was comfortable with any testing he ordered. When I return to the office for testing he was in the room before the tech was finished and let me know he was there and looking at my testing. Made me feel like I was important as any other patient and reassured me the entire time. I can't recommend this office enough. From the staff at the front all they way through my visit everyone was kind.

The office is very aware of Covid 19 issues. Dr. Savino is very bright, extremely knowledgeable and totally approachable. He's thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a warm, caring thorough Cardiologist who will make sure your proper care is foremost.

Smart, knowledgeable, thorough, leaves no stone unturned and best of all he's a personable guy to boot. A seriously caring, empathetic doctor. Dr. Savino had huge shoes to fill when he came to Stony Brook. He continues to do an admirable job.

Dr.Savino Took my husband on as a new patient as his previous cardiologist was retiring! He came highly recommend by Dr.Dervan , I was nervous ! Dr.Dervan save my husbands life!!! But Dr.Savino is amazing, made my husband feel at ease , answered all his concerns!! Highly recommended
