After ending up with bulging and herniated discs I was incapacitated due to pain. I was referred to a physical therapist 3 days a week for months while paying a $60 copay at every visit. I received little to no relief and was told told that my only options were epidurals and surgery and that I would have to give up hiking and kayaking. At this point I was referred to Dr. Yland and at our first visit he explained to me why physical therapy had not worked for my problems and that there was no guarantee that epidurals or surgery would work. He instead offered other options to try that may work before going to extremes. He was genuinely more concerned with my well being than taking money for procedures that would not help. Good luck finding that elsewhere. Due to Dr. Ylands suggestions, I have been virtually pain free for 3 years. I have hiked and paddled hundreds of miles since being told I shouldn't and my quality of life is as good as it was before I ever had any back pain.

Amazing office from top to bottom would recommend to all! Dr Yland and staff are all great. He helped me get rid of my back pain. Great doctor!

Been going to him for years and he has been rude, arrogant, doesn’t listen to patients concerns. There was a time his waiting room was full but now it’s always pretty empty

Dr Yland was very thorough in diagnosing, explaining, and treating my problem. I find him to be a very capable and caring physician. His office staff is always extremely warm and helpful.

I m a patient of Dr Yland for 10 years . He has helped me with my neck and back issues with care and compassion. His staff is friendly , professional, and timely. A well run practice with minimal waiting time and always a follow up phone call at night after a procedure from Dr Yland , to see how your feeling. You cant ask for more than that .
