This doctor repeatedly told her patient he had progressed dementia. This is disgraceful and should be shared with family only NOT the patient with dementia. I am heartbroken. I can’t imagine a doctor who would so someone so cruel.

Nicole Absar is one of the most caring,intelligent physicians I have ever met. I am in the med field and work with many physicians. A brilliant teacher and mentor she is tops in here field. Her knowledge concerning PTSD and its effects upon the body are straight from Boston .We are all different organisms. We all respond differently.There is no cookie cutter approach to the brain. Nicole is cutting edge bar none and a standard that is quickly becoming the norm.

My experience was the opposite of the previous poster; she has been caring for my father - a geriatric suffering from mental conditions, and rather than simply drugging him up, she is getting to the bottom of his issues in a logical and systematic way. Her knowledge seems very broad.
