While Ilse Strauss is amazing, her office staff (specifically front desk) is horrible. Receptionist is rude and condescending. This has been an ongoing issue so finally decided to switch drs. Unfortunate since office is clean and dr is awesome. When another drs office staff and an insurance representative say the same thing I know I am not exaggerating.

The front desk lady is very rude & prejudice (racist). I witnessed her turn away a person of color asking to politely sit inside due to weather conditions. The lady rudely turned her away & told her she cannot wait inside but there were other people (white people) able to sit inside the office with no rebuttal or hesitation. Will not be recommending ever.
