Dr. Chernov is an incredible doctor. It took months to get a visit with her but she was worth the wait. She never stopped looking for what was wrong with me. She listened and never dismissed me, my pain or my tears. It is thanks to her that I have my life back. She proved beyond doubt what my condition was so the insurance had to cover it. She recommended only the best doctors. If you’re looking for the best she is it!

Dr. Chernov has an irresistible engaging personality, she is brimming/shimmering like a diamond with medical intelligence; and she drives forward providing incisive, hands-on, interdisciplinary diagnostic skills. She can HEAR subtle things thru her stethoscope that others totally miss. she quickly discerns the different been cardiac and vascular issues. And offers broad, deep knowledge of nutrition, exercise and lifestyle-- talk about integrative medicine! Dr. Chernov is the total package. (And she knows who the great Russian cellist Rostropovich was, and she knows who Marshall Zhukov in WWII was, and she can talk about Yevgeny Onegin (Tchaikovsky's opera) --- and she inspired me to get my act together -- how can i possibly sum all this up? Other than to say 1) see Dr. Chernov for whatever ails you and 2) she will be for you a LIGHT IN THE WILDERNESS to lead you to full health and vitality. Be Well, Stay Well, Sei Gesund, Gut Yontiff.

Dr Chernov is one of the best doctors i've had a pleasure of meeting. She listens, she is so knowledgeable and professional. She is detail oriented and thorough, yet does not order unnecessary procedures. She is busy, which makes sense as she us actually there to treat her patients. Would highly recommend!

Rude & careless staff. My appt's been cancelled/rescheduled (no explanation). Every time I call, I'm put on hold for 15-30 minutes. Today, I called to confirm my appt date (which they had rescheduled already) and was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes. When they picked up, asked if I could hold...again. I asked for help bc I'd been holding already, the receptionist told me they were "exceptionally busy" & then put me on hold again in the middle of my sentence. NEVER going again.

She listens and answers questions but she never called me about test results including a biopsy. I called 3-4 weeks trying to find out whether I had cancer. Luckily no but seriously think it's awful to leave a patient hanging for so long. However she just moved to a new practice so hopefully better.

Dr Chervov was recommend by my family physician. She performed a thyroid sonogram. She was professional, highly knowledgeable, and explain the sonogram process and what information it would provide. Excellent communication skills and caring manner.
