Giving a five star because I have been here before with positive experience but they need to improve they say open till 8, I walked in 7:35, the nurse saw me from the distance made eye contact and let me we wait for 10 min before telling me after 7:30 they are done seeing patients for the day.

Came out more confused. Staff is unhelpful and quite frankly no idea what they’re saying. No wonder they’re always empty (but still manage to make you wait;(

I wish I can give more then 5 stars my experience was as follows. super easy to book time slot (walk in possible as well) super respectful and professional staff super fast results (lightning fast) fantastic medical care.

I was pleased to be greeted by a welcoming front staff MA by the name of Cheyanne. She was so attentive and caring throughout the whole visit with my son. He was scared and she reassured him that she will be gentle which made him calm-- will highly recommend to friends and family because of her!

Conveniently located in the neighborhood, but definitely not my first choice of urgent care. Everything becomes very drawn out when you come for your appointment. For example, when I came in for a fever and body aches, my heart rate was slightly elevated, which is normal when body temperature is higher than normal. The PA on call decided that I must have been dehydrated (I certainly didn't feel that I was) and made me drink 4 cups of water. I kid you not! He was confident my heart rate would normalize (which I knew wouldn't since I still had fever) and it hadn't so he forced me to drink 2 more cups! After rechecking he realized it wasn't going to budge so he sent me home. I think any slightly educated person understands that fever increases heart rate. I left feeling like a water tanker!
