Dr Dolan & staff were very professional, informative and receptive to the fact that I was nervous about the procedure. They explained everything very thoroughly & he even calls to check on the patient afterwards. I am very pleased with the facility & staff.

I had a Teladoc appointment with him for a prescription refill as I could not go to my usual dermatologist. He prescribed a different formulation than what is usually prescribed for my condition and then blamed me, the patient, for it when I questioned it (I am also a physician albeit in a completely different field). What is the point of coming to a specialist then? Should you not have knowledge on the formulation types? I should have just booked a generalist Teladoc. Very patronizing and unprofessional.

I received care through teledoc. I just needed refills of medications prescribed by my usual dermatologist but could not go into the office. Dr. Dolan prescribed a strange formulation of one of the medications and when I followed up with questions he blamed me for not specifying the exact formulation (I did specify and I would assume he’d know which type is usually prescribed for this form of acne since he is a specialist). Didn’t like his ‘bedside manners’. I’m also a physician and this is in comparison to countless other doctors I’ve worked with in the past. The older generation of physicians tend to be very patronizing.

I had MOHS surgery from Dr. Dolan and he and the team were great. Fantastic experience. He also followed up later that day. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Dolan and team are fantastic. I have been to the practice twice now for Mohs procedures. The staff is conscientious, thorough in their explanation (I’m probably more curious than most), and thoughtful in procedures. Dr. Dolan is very approachable and inspires trust. I have great confidence in him. He also called after both procedures to follow-up -- that doesn’t happen often these days. I definitely recommend.
