Jonathan Schlosser Md's Online Review Report Card

I have tried to call this office so many times. The Office manager does not answer calls or messages or open mail. This doctors office is ridiculous. They take a photo copy of your insurance card, a photo of you and your driver's license every time you go to see the doctor. You would think that they could get their billing done correctly. Instead this is the type of letter I received from the doctor's office in the middle of a pandemic for a balance of less than $200. Today I tried to call them 6 times to rectify the situation even after I wrote them a letter explaining that they were billing the wrong insurance company. Dr. Schlosser sends me a letter stating that he is discharging me from his care and sent this to collections again in the middle of a pandemic and because they are unable to bill correctly.

Kind, caring and compassionate doctor. Always returns calls and answers questions.

I have been a patient of Dr Schlosser for several years. He is the kind of doctor you hope all other doctors should be. He listens to you and than gives his comments. Going to a doctors office used to be nerve racking. But since I have been under Rockland Endocrine and Diabetic it is one less headache. Thank You

Still the only doctor I like going to. He listens, he cares, and he remembers - a quality beyond being rare. I never feel rushed, and his care goes beyond the time I spend in his office. He truly sets the bar that other health care providers are measured against and typically fall short. He's the best!

Dr. Schlosser is the nicest person ever, and a great doctor - but his office staff are awful! I made an appointment and had to reschedule due to a work conflict (I'm in sales), which I did weeks ahead of time. Now I just had to reschedule again 3 days before the new appointment (he is booked out for months, so the appointment was made way in advance) and they said now that I can't be a patient. Pretty stupid policy since it's not like I was a no show or cancelled the same day, or even the day before. Sad I won't be able to see him but not worth it to have to deal with his office,

Doctor Schlosser is an excellent doctor. He deals very good with patients. Does good research to solve the health issue. I highly recommend him.

The Doctor is great and his assistants do fine . The checkout staff and billing staff are terrible. Very unprofessional and you get the feel as if they are accusing me of stealing from them .
