Front desk staff was very rude, have inappropriate conversations at the desk. Was three minutes late to my appointment, they had me wait 20 minutes for my appointment to later tell me the doctor will not be seeing me that day. Then called me an hour later to come back to the office to be seen. Nurse was rude. Was a patient there for five years and never been treated so poorly. Will never go back to that office again.

Doctor Kaplan will call you at 8PM at night if there is something concerning about your blood work results. She shows great concern and empathy for her patients.

Dr Kaplun has been my Dr. for 14 years. She is an amazing caring physician who allows her patients to be part of their treatment. Her experienced care enabled me to live the happiest that I have ever been. Her appointments never feel rushed and on schedule during all these years

excellent practice ,very professional. Office staff very friendly and profefssional .What I like most about Dr. Kaplun is she is thorough , she respond very quickly with the patient portal and office visits are not rushed , she takes as long as you need . she's a straight shooter tells it like is.

Dr. Julia Kaplun is considerate, warm, friendly, very knowledgeable, welcoming, efficient, caring, thoughtful and I wish all my doctors would share her many qualities listed!!! Her staff welcomes me into the office with eye contact and a friendly smile. And within minutes, Dr. Kaplun, herself, comes to greet me and welcome me into her office. I am so very very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Kaplun, Jackie and your staff!
