I had an appointment that I waited over 2 hours to see this Doctor. The Medical Assistant was rude. I am 65 years old, 3 times I was asked what birth control I was on. None was my answer.....3 times! The Doctor had me wait in the room for a very long time. She popped in quickly saying "I will be right back" She then went into the next room and took care of 2 patients that came in after me. When she finally got to me I felt like she downplayed my symptoms. Never did she touch me to examine. She told me that by looking at me she could tell that I do not have a cardiac problems...... I was told that I have to come back often as this is her protocol. I told her that I will come in when I do not feel well and that is all. She said that is not how she runs her office. (its all about the money)....So she should not worry because I will NOT be back!!

She attended me and said she would send my prescription, but then at the end of the day I called the pharmacy and they said they never received a prescription. Well done

Would still be with previous doctor if it wasn't for the distance. He did not advocate keto but was pleasantly surprised when I showed up 90 pounds lighter. He wanted to know more and was respectful of my choice. I was lighter due to not eating carbs and sugar and acceptable amounts of fat and protein, using intermittent fasting and keto. Dr. Nanjappa expressed horror at the mention of the word keto and said carbs and sugar were perfectly fine. On what proof? She is as fat as a house and claimed that all her labs were perfectly normal (by taking what drugs?) I used to spend almost $80 a month on blood pressure and diabetes meds, including insulin. Since my weight loss I have been on 1 low dose of BP medication that costs me $15 monthly. She spent an inordinate amount of time training a new assistant on the computer, and other patients noted that the turnover of her staff was higher than Trump's cabinet. At the office at 9:30 but finally saw doctor at 12PM after only 1 other patient

I gave two stars because Dr Nanjappa is fine once you get to see her. I walked out today after waiting 1-1/2 hours and still no DR. The office is chaotic with a lot of turnover, which is a big red flag. Place is kinda dirty, urine samples, no paper towels in the bathroom, etc. Here's a receipt so that she claims I'm not a patient or my review is a hoax...proof !!

The Doctor is always detailed and cares about the whole person and not just what ails you. Her follow up is always timely, and he always has time to listen and is very empathetic.

Staff are friendly however the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! They want to charge you if you’re late or miss an appointment but it’s ok for you to sit for over 30 minutes waiting to be seen.

Dr Nanjapp is ok once you finally get to see her, average wait is an hour+. The office turnover is very bad, cannot build a rapport, when there different every time you go there. Place is kinda messy, no paper towels, urine sample left in bathrooms. Last straw was tonight's 1-1/2 wait and I walked out unseen.

She’s THE WORST doctor I’ve ever seen. Her wait time is ridiculous. Do not expect to be seen until a few HOURS after your appointment time- the wait is usually 3-4 hours. To top it off her staff constantly quits and her bedside manner is very bad. She’s made my sister cry on one occasion. Even though she is very conveniently located for me, I prefer to drive 25 min to see a different doctor. Please save yourself some grief and DO NOT go here.

I went in today after waiting for 2 months for my appointment and like the reviews stated there were people arguing about money. They told me I need to pay my deductible before doctor could see me!!! They said that the doctor won't get paid and said they are being straightforward with me. All they care about is money. Stay far away from this place very unprofessional! I didnt even meet the doctor I just left they seem like a scam!

Great caring doctor who speaks to you like a human and not like a robot. So many doctors speak so impersonally and she is not one of them :)
