I am so happy to find Dr. Jennifer Channual. It is rare to find any doctor who actually spends time with you and not just rushes you in and out! I was a patient of hers when she was in Newport Beach and am so thankful to have found her again. She is warm, kind and makes you feel comfortable. No cleverly scripted words could convey how happy I am to be her patient once again! In addition, the office is professional and very clean, something I really appreciate.

The office was very clean and the front office staff was very helpful and friendly. The environment totally gave off we’re here to help and want to hear what you have to say. I wasn’t in the lobby no longer than maybe 3 to 5 mins to do my new Patient paperwork than I was taken to the back where the young lady did a excellent job taking down why I was there. Dr Channual came in shortly after and she was beyond energetic, friendly, helpful and gave me all the time I needed to address all my concerns. You know how Usually you can feel rushed... Since the Doctors do have other patients they have to see... However, not with Dr Channual! She took her time and talked to me like she’s known me all her life! She made great eye contact with everything I wanted to address. I will definitely be back to see her and her wonderful staff!
