Dr. Ruotolo repaired my knee 20 years ago when I was still on active duty. Besides the demands of a Naval career, I had a husband and 2 kids under 10 that needed me to be mobile and strong ASAP! He was thorough and cared about not just my immediate recovery but my long term health and mobility. Fast forward 20 years, my knee is still going strong and when I dislocated my shoulder last week, I knew there was only one doctor I trusted to fix it. After 20 years, I got the same EXCELLENT care! My family and I trust Dr. Ruotolo because he is thorough, honest, professional and cares about his patients’ life long health. It is RARE to find this level of patient compassion in an AMAZING SURGEON! He explained what to expect before and after my knee surgery. It is strong and the scarring is so minimal, you would think he was a plastic surgeon! Dr. Ruotolo is the total package. If any of my family or friends ever needs and orthopedic surgeon, he is the ONLY one I trust!

I had an elbow injury due to a car accident. I had an MRI done with Zwanger and Dr. Ruotolo took the time to carefully review my MRI and he actually found a partial tear in my tendon.(which the Zwanger Dr had missed) He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and takes the time to explain any and all possible options of treatments. Dr. Ruotolo and his staff are professional yet personable and I highly recommend him.
