I had Covid & the flu type A I went to him he gave me shots I felt so much better very professional I would recommend to anyone to call there and have him treat you .

Dr Gadi saved my life in so many ways. From 23-25 years old, I had every inflammation that you could think of including pericarditis, conjunctivitis, pleurisy. I was in so much pain in my joints, even my skin hurt. I went to every specialist, had every test under the sun. No one could figure out what was wrong with me and it just kept getting worse. I also could not get pregnant, would get frequent sinus infections, bronchitis, utis, etc. The moment I walked into Dr Gadis office, my life changed forever. I finally live without pain, I have no more inflammation, I was able to get pregnant and I have not had one infection in four years. In addition, I went to numerous pulmonologists and explained to them that every time I run for more than 6 minutes, I can’t breath. Those doctors gave me the regular asthma test and said no you’re fine. Dr Gadi said, okay run for six minutes and then I’ll do the test. That’s when he fixed my asthma. Dr Gadi will forever be mine and my families hero.

Dr. Gadi is an outstanding doctor who truly cares for his patients, and takes time to go over everything. What stands out to me the most are his nurses … especially Julia pronounced ( Yul- ia) has become a part of the family after all these years, her true care for her job really shows. For over 4 years now Julia has been treating me from shots to breathing tests , checks ups , to running out of my asthma inhaler last minute; Yulia always comes to the rescue with a new one , etc. overall she’s amazing . When you go to the office ask for Yulia, trust me your in the best hands !

This review is for the allergy testing of my 8 year old son. Our first visit for environmental allergy testing was fine. However, our second visit for food allergy testing was a bit different. The receptionist had no record of our appointment, was very blunt and asked “Why are you here.” I explained our visit and that it was scheduled/confirmed. We waited an hour and then were escorted by a nurse to an examination room. Again, the nurse asked us the same question “Why are you here.” So I explained again and we waited for the doctor in the examination room. Shortly after, Dr. Avshalomov walks in and I ask him why his staff had no idea about our visit. He immediately questioned me about the relevance of his staff’s lack of information/organization to his examination of my son. So I explained the relevance and he became confrontational. At this point, I took my 8 year old son and walked out. Conclusion, I do not recommend! All of this in front of an 8 year

Dr. Gadi is an exceptional doctor- a rarity! I’m simply amazed on how he improved my daughter’s health. Six years of various doctor visits searching for answers, and then by luck I met Dr. Gadi, this remarkable doctor put all the pieces together. My daughter’s health improved drastically. Shortly after he helped my son build up his immune system. Finally, I took the time for myself and I’m on a road to feeling better. Too many doctors don’t take the time to truly diagnosis the underlining problems. Dr. Gadi is brilliant and patient. You must insist on seeing him and not a PA. I cannot say enough about this man. We need more doctors like him. Don’t let the hectic office not make you see him, it’s worth the craziness.

I dont recommend.. Starting with one of the crazy attitude nurses (HER NAME IS JULIA (yu-lia)).. I called julia out for having an attitude about her lack of willingness to accomodate me when I called to inform her I would be 2 minutes late for an allergy shot. I ended up rushing over there to make it literally 2 mins. before 5:30 (cut off time for shots). Ever since then, she has been doing the most to thoroughly watch me about waiting 20 mins post shot (when I've LITERALLY watched others leave BEFORE their 20 min post shot wait time). But because she clearly doesnt like that I spoke up to her about her attitude, she's being spiteful and petty by asking me all of these other extra questions about my treatment that I dont see her give to others walking in and out of this place. I asked to speak to DR GADI about this, and tried speaking to him about this matter. I could barely get any words out since he kept cutting me off SEVERAL times while trying to explain this situation.. He mentions that in all of his years working with Julia hes only heard wonderful things about her from his customers..... which has nothing to do with lack of proper treatment that I RECEIVED. I guess I just made up this whole scenario in my head???!!! In true fashion, he also decides to TELL ME that coming in on sundays works best for me. Interesting that he knows my schedule better than me..... I'm asking you to not waste your time and money going to this place and even if you have to travel a little further... IT WILL BE WORTH IT. Dr. Gadi Avshalomov in Syosset and Great Neck is the best there is. He was the Chief at LIJ and saved my son's life at age 4 when Dr. Weiss of Syosset misdiagnosed him. He also treated both my sons for rare immunological diseases and pneumonia and my sons' asthma. He has changed our lives for the better multiple times. He works with kids and adults. He also helped me through my severe allergic reaction to poison ivy when my son was born and saved my life when I had a severe and rare allergic reaction to a water pill (HCT). We go to Dr. Gadi Avshalomov because he saves lives.

My first visit with Dr Gadi was over five years. I had severe asthma, allergies and eczema over my face, neck, arms , legs, chest and hairline. It was horrible to look at and painful. Five years later, my skin is beautiful. Asthma is under controlled. He also is an immunologist, which helps especially if you had bronc-pneumonia at least twice a year that would send you to the hospital. He found where I was deficient and treated me. I can not praise him or his PAs enough. Yes his office is busy and you may have to wait. I travel from Queens to Brooklyn every three weeks. His staff is wonderful and professional. I had recommended him to several of my friends and anyone I see with severe eczema.
