First time around test results took over 4 days and were incorrect. (Belonged to a different patient). Now their system is down and no results are available. Suboptimal outcomes and follow through. I hope they either get it together or make space for more competent urgent care centers to serve the area.
I booked a 7:30 pm appointment and didn’t get in for almost 2 hours. You need to take down your appointment system and tell people it’s walk in first come first serve only. I waited 10 hours for my appointment that I booked in the morning and had to wait hours more because walk-ins got first priority. If you are not going to honor appointments then don’t take them. Just be honest with people up front. Very frustrating when you have a sick kid, a confirmed appointment, you check in and they say get to the end of the walk-in line.
The first time I went here was @ 2 weeks ago and I had the best experience sith my 6 month old…I went tonight because my daughter had a fever of 103.6 by the time I got there it was 102.5…the nurse and the doctor were so rude and rough with my daughter..she was screaming, just woke up and didn’t feel good…the doctor answered my questions in such a nasty tone, like I was bothering her…the nurse was no better, she swabbed my daughter so rough for Covid, she wouldn’t stop crying….I felt so bad for her…I will never go there again…please don’t bring your babies there, especially if you got who I did tonight…they were horrible..the doctor I saw was Alia Khan…she has no bedside manner..very disturbing
Horrible experience every time I come here. Waiting over ONE hour in the car with a sick baby. Made the appointment that morning. Rude front desk. Get it together.
This place is going down day by day. I have been bringing my kids here since 2016. I always had a good experience, no long waits no appointments and still be seeing by the doctors in 10 to 15 minutes. I don’t know what happen to this place. If this is an urgent care why do we really need to make an appointment because receptionist told me that I should make an appointment next time. I am really disappointed with PM Pediatric. They should have a policy either walk ins or have an appointment. Very very disappointed!!!!
Today was the worst attention ever I’ve come to this place 2 times and it was good but today they didn’t want to see my baby what’s the point of been an urgent place if they won’t help you out when you need it the secretary was so rude and had an attitude won’t be coming back to this place ever again
Usually my go to: convenient, late hours, very pleasant staff. Now all I can say is ugh: longest wait in and out of car (with appt), curt receptionist, more waiting, unnecessary swabbing. Pediatrics? Never again.
Was advised to go here by pediatrician in order for my son to return to school with a doctors note after having a brief stomach bug. We made an appointment for 730, checked in at 715, and it’s now 9pm and we’re still in the car waiting. Waiting in a car with a 4 y/o for that long is unacceptable and actual torture. Will never return to this facility and would not recommend to anyone with sick kids. Everyone who was walk-in went in before us for 2 hours
This location has gone downhill fast. There is no point in booking an appointment as it is first come first serve. One time I walked in and waited three hours but there was only 3 people in front of us. Each person took 1 hr to go in, but came out in under 15mins. Avoid PM Pediatrics until they get their act together, there is nothing “urgent” about this facility.
Es una pérdida de tiempo tienes q esperar más de 2 horas para q te atiendan muy mala atención

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
