Woah, for a minute I thought I was in Beverly Hills or something. So clean, professional, so welcoming, so bright and cheerful and keen attention to the client. Just a tooth cleaning for me at this first visit to the Smilist, Syosset but I was impressed by the explanations, kindness and thoroughness. Seemed a very supportive employee environment which put me at ease. How often have you been to a medical office to feel an unhealthy atmosphere among the staff - not here! I will need to come back for treatment (that I was already aware I needed) but no pressure and a chance to digest all the information provided by the Practice Manager. It's a well designed layout and a far far cry from the scary dentist in the room in his house I used to visit as a child.

It was my first time at The Smilist todayI went to the Syosset locationFrom the person on the phone who made my appointment and checked me in to the hygienist and Dr , I couldn’t have been more impressed. Friendly staff and very thorough cleaning and then the Dr in an easy to understand explanation detailed what problems I had . I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I just moved back from Miami and what a difference in the level of care and professionalism hereA great placeI just wish I remembered all the names but Kudos to the entire staffRick S

As most people will say going to the dentist is not their favorite! Everyone at this location was beyond friendly and shared all of the important information I needed to hear. The hygienist was beyond thorough and went above and beyond to give me the best cleaning and information on what she found. Also Dr. Liu was very thorough when going through what I needed. Thanks

I’d follow Dr Elstein where ever she is ! She isn’t only a great dentist she’s a beautiful person . Rare to find someone that has both qualities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time at a Smilist and it was the Syosset location. Very clean and very pleasant, professional staff. Dr. Lui was great and the hygienist Samiyah was wonderful along with the rest of the staff. I left there feeling fresh after a nice cleaning and consultation.

I am a new patient of The Smilist Dental Syosset, and was very anxious to start my dental care with a new office. My experience today was positive, both Dr Bender and Jenifer were kind, professional and took great care to make me comfortable. Great office, as soon as you enter it you feel part of their family, I highly recommend The Smilist Dental Syosset.
