In my opinion ACR exists solely to serve itself. They will make endless lofty promises for they love cheap talk. Once they get their hooks into your Medicaid or other benefits you probably will never hear from them unless it’s to ensure they keep getting said benefits. The organization is so “management” top-heavy it’s ridiculous which is sad considering those wasted funds could actually help people. In my experience when you really need to communicate with someone at ACR you better prepare for a long wait; they love to hide behind voicemail and their all important never-ending “meetings”. Talk about a license to steal.

Doesn’t answer emails or phone calls about appointments. Since they are near two colleges where stds are common, you’d think they’ll care to get in appointments so people can get tested and won’t be left untreated and spreading diseases.

This was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had and didn’t want to leave, but due to a job offer with a bigger salary, I left. But, I had the best supervisor Steve in the health insurance program. He made working there a pleasure. My co workers were awesome! I wish the pay had been higher because I would still be there but the program I was in is grant funded.

Very friendly! Tim is so helpful and very personable! I feel very comfortable going in here, you don't feel judged its just a laid back atmosphere. Even have a few good laughs with Tim!

Well you socialize sit and judge a junkie make sure alongside that you respect those of us who maintain our addiction to the best of our abilities using resources such as ACR. Addiction is an ugly place to be so recognition for managing it correctly is well deserved there is a right way and a wrong way to do everything
