Dr Orio is rated A+ in my book. He clearly stated what I had to do to qualify for surgery, what to do to prepare for surgery and what to do after surgery to get a good result. Both surgeries went prefectly and the result is Iam pain free and moving better than anytime in the past two decades. Doing the surgery right was expected. It was the care that Dr Orio took to make sure I knew what I had to do to get a great result is what made the difference and why I rate him and his team A+.

Dr. Orio was patient and direct answering my many questions to decide on joint replacement surgery. He never “talked down” to me. And he didn’t seem to rush our app’t ... which, sorry to say, often happens in “high-volume” medical office settings. Two thumbs up, so far.

The visit with Dr Orio was excellent. The scheduling was quick and easy. Since I had seen other drs I was asked to have copies of my records sent in and that was the only extra thing to do. The appointment was within 2weeks which is unheard of in Northern New York. I was emailed pre-registration forms early enough to complete before the visit. When I arrived I was quickly and patiently in processed and all my pre-registration was there. Since the previous provider only sent tecords without x-rays I needed them. The nurses and technicians were all friendly, helpful and professional. X-ray was quick and easy and Dr Orio had the results minutes later as he came in. Even though he had seen the x-rays, Dr Orio started tje meeting by asking me how I felt, how my knees were, was one worst than the other and he listened to my answers. Then he told me that the X-ray confirmed what I has said. Both knees need help. Then he told me exactly what I had to do before we could go on. Highly recomme

Waited only 5 minutes in the waiting room, and a couple minutes in the exam room. He took time to listen and then explain my injury, as well as show it on a diagram in the wall. He provided detailed explanation. Ver happy with the experience.
