List of Barbara Clayton's Reviews
Dr. Clayton is great. They literally don't make doctors like her anymore! I'm very happy to have her as my doctor
Dr Clayton thoughtfully listens to concerns and makes an effort to explain her diagnosis. I also have found her support staff to be excellent. I really feel comfortable with her.
Sometimes I feel rushed, feeling anxiety, so that I forget the questions I was going to ask. Sometimes it feels like Dr. Clayton doesn't do a thorough enough exam. I would seek another doctor, but want to stay with the practice because I like the other services provided.
Excellent, competent physician. Terrible business practices. Herding cattle. Phone system is horrible, however they will inundate you with how "important" you are to them as you wither on the phone. Very unfortunate.
Doctor Clayton scores well in the areas that I consider important.... my health care. ( In reference to the staff: in her previous location the staff was impatient and unfriendly. However, this situation has greatly improved with the new office staff in her current location.) Dr. Clayton will leave no stone unturned to achieve a correct diagnosis. In spite of the size of her practice, Dr. Clayton appears relaxed and seems genuinely interested in her patient's concerns. She engages in dialogue without being patronizing. She encourages a partnership approach to one's health and there is a sense of accountability once she makes a recommendation . I have been pleasantly surprised on two separate occasions by a personal phone call from Dr. Clayton (one on a weekend), once as a follow up and once to ease a concern. She also sends patients a follow up letter to annual physicals thanking the patient for coming in. I realize that this is nothing more than a general policy of the office, but it is a nice gesture.
Office staff can be abrupt
Very thorough and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
