Everyone was super nice. My veins werent working for the phlebotomists but they were so nice about it and kept apologizing for having to jab me so many times (totally not their fault that my veins werent cooperating!) Every single person i talked to was very kind and understanding.

Dr. Hines is absolutely amazing! He most definitely knows what a patient needs and will see to it your placed where you should be treatment wise! Thank you. Short time I was with you , you saw me as an individual who I am and where I should be. No worries I got this as you know and will stop in to say HEYY... Again thank you!

classic bully .yells at you,berates you ,asks you a question, and when you answer, his response is " man, i dont need to hear your lifes story" other quotes from dr. hines "just answer the question, im busy , i got other people to see.

In May of 2021 i sought help alcohol abuse. It was recommended I do a inpatient program. After completing the program I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Hines where he determined I had high level cocaine and marijuana in my system. He said there was no false positives. I demanded to be retested immediately.. The next day the test proved that there was nothing in my system at all. Dr. Hines still refused to admit he made a mistake or give an apology. After confronting Dr. Hines about this I was trapped as a patient.

From my first urine i him I had very high anxiety peeing with someone behind me and I get pressured.. He would propose say thing's that would make me feel pressured and give me anxeity.. After several weeks.. One week k just could not pee in the cop. I was clean.. I had to pee bad enough to call it an emergency but I wasnt able to do it. Then because of that he stopped prescribing me my Suboxone Which I was on 12mg a day He doesn't care or give a F.. I heard nothing but bad about him and I had bad treatment going CAPS
