Hi. Stay away from this facility, no care of patients and staff are very arrogant, having excuses for everything.Being patient I experienced they don’t have staff. Don’t have regular supplies, like linen, water cups , and many more. I am still here and after complaining and informed to seniors no hearing and no problems solved, patients yelling for help and night Lpn never show up for help,Seniors said we don’t have staff and calling them several times , even they don’t bother specifically night shift LPN nurses ( Tequila and Aneesa, )and many others. Social workers only promise you but don’t care about patients issues, If any body want more information about this facility in detail, can mail. Kenny
This place shouldn’t be open no case management or social services available nurses have a nasty attitude and they serving the patients old molded food. And last but not lease their frauding the insurance company saying their doing service that their not.
it seemed that there was suficient staff to get the job done. our family member was happy with the care she had gotten so far. said the food was even good but very plain. both her snd her roommate were seen multiple times while we were visiting we we there for about three hours. the staff seemed upbeat even happy to do their job. there was some real sadness there. it was Christmas eve and there wasnt alot of family members present in the building. no fault of the staff.
if anyone needs to go to a facility DONT GO HERE////////// Its the most awefull place .The care is ajoke took my husband there and out just in time for a bad infection that they never cared to hear what he was saying just said thats normal and laughed at him. never got meds on time meals either or got bed changed when needed . so if you need a place take them home with you i hope you luck if you decide this place. ill never step on there soil again
Fast friendly check-in and checkout. Pleasant staff while visiting a patient with my dog. Place was clean and well staffed.
They are taking good care of my dad. Staff is pleasant and things are clean. Not somewhere I want him to be for the long haul or anything, but it's what he needs for right now.
Staff are helpful and kind. We understand staffing is short/limited. So with limited staffing they are doing quite well. Everyone seems caring, food has been good.
Each employee I came in contact with were extremely kind and helpful. Since it was first visit to Bishops I was a bit lost and a gentleman employee went out of his way to assist me to my Aunts room
This place is disgusting. Staff here do not do what they're supposed to and patients are neglected/ do not receive the care they are promised. Patients are left in their beds or wheel chairs all day. No activities going on. Tv's don't work. Not receiving the physical therapy they need. Place is not clean. Dirty stained linens left on the bed, not changed. Blood left on floor and not cleaned. Trash left on the floor. The heating was not working because filters hadn't ever been changed. Patients pushing their call buttons and no one coming for over an hour. I went to visit my Aunt and it took them over 2 hours just to bring her ice water.Edit: also, do not trust them with giving medications!Do not send your loved ones here!
I was cordially greeted by a lady at the desk. While I was in my friend's room visiting, she was served food by a very kind server who definitely knew how My friend liked things set out and coffee preferences, etc. A very sweet nurse came in, introduced herself, and spoke to My friend prior to leaving the room. Then the server came back a couple times making sure my friend was totally done with food and had everything she needed before removing plates. Everyone seemed very tuned in to my friend's needs. I even had one employee cheerfully lead me out of the labyrinth of rooms. Lastly, the meal she was served looked healthy, balanced, appetizing and a plentiful serving size.Thank you for her care.
Everyone I found that works at Bishops is very helpful and kind
A resident fell from 3rd story window. Place your family here if you want them to die quick.
What an awful and neglectful facility. Several personal items were conveniently “lost,” such as HEARING AIDS and GLASSES. Several visits the patient never had these items on her and when questioned they had no idea. The pt went in healthy, and was then dropped several times, and had several falls. She passed not long after. Do not trust your loved ones with the lack of care from this facility.
The receptionist at the front desk was friendly an d helpful. I felt comfortable waiting in the lobbyMy son is well cared for there. One of the nicest places I have ever experienced
The staff has been very helpful and friendly towards my mom who has dementia and us when we visit. They are very accommodating whenever possible. We have been pleasantly surprised by how supportive the staff has been. My only concern is not getting information directly from physical therapy department on her treatment plan, but she is getting treatment
Just visited my mother @ the Bishop. The receptionist was very helpful, and the nurse’s aide was just as caring, compassionate and helpful. Thank you very much for “ making my visit “ wonderful.
Visit went smoothly…just wish it was longer than the 30 min we had since this was the first time we had seen our grandmother in a year and a half due to COVID. Staff that was with grandma was very pleasant.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. My first time visiting and it was very nice. Next time I want to go outside or to the visiting area.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the outdoor space in front of the main entrance is well maintained. The interior of the building is clean. We were visiting a family friend and our first impression was positive.
Our visits were wonderful ,they did a great job of making everyone comfortable. We did wear our masks but took them down just for the pictures and social distanced. It was so great to finally see our dad (grandpa) after many months of Covid.Thank you 😍
