SO this Doctor has a cold bedside manner and someone needs to let him know he made a bad judgment call and messes with peoples lives . HE TOLD ME I HAD A FROZEN SHOULDER ok? Nope it was a tear! And I had to go to a whole different doctor because he thought that I only needed PT. I ended up getting a script for an MRI from A certified Physical therapist with a doctor degree .I asked Bradly Rapheal for a note for work because I couldn't raise my arm and he refused. Well I had a couple of tears and a bone spur ! I was in agony for months before I went into surgery but Rapheals office people were rude and very uncaring told me so I sought out another doctor. an Injured Worker sees a Qualified Medical Evaluator and Agreed Medical Evaluator and they order an MRI, it is to be considered to be a medical-legal test. Medical-Legal testing is not subject to “review.” Therefore, it should not have to go through a “Utilization Review” process to get approved.

I had a great visit X-rays , consultation with Dr Raphael, treatment and F/U treatment referral for PT and muscle relaxers. I was very happy with my visit ! Would refer him to friends and family and coworkers .

Dr. Raphael is an Exceptional Doctor. He listened to my concerns and explained what was going on and why I was in so much with my left shoulder. He was very patient, courteous, and friendly. He ordered x-rays and diagnosed me, and gave me a cortisone shot, a prescription, and a referral for PT. I'm so glad that I decided to go to the Doctor. Thank you

At SOS, the whole staff is amazing. They are courteous, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Raphael took his time to explain what was wrong with my knee, and which course of action would most beneficial. PT was suggested for a few visits with continuation of exercises at home. Several years ago he did my shoulder surgery. Great results and the follow up was wonderful. Highly recommend SOS
