Dr. Cassandra Riggs preformed surgery on my elbow and repaired my carpal tunnel nerve damage this year and did a terrific job! I found her to be very positive and reassuring. She explained the complete procedure in great detail and listened to all my concerns. I would highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend Dr. Riggs. She was the perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. She was very thorough and explained things extremely well. I never felt rushed and felt that she listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Dr. Riggs made me feel comfortable. Took all of my anxiety away. I had shards of glass removed from my palm, after the wound had already healed. I didn't realize they were still there. Not fun. However, the entire process was great. The nurses and staff were very reassuring and comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Riggs and her team.

During my visit Dr. Riggs had a very uplifting spirit and was very knowledgeable,answered all my questions in a very understanding way she's a good Doctor.

She seems like a very knowledgeable doctor and has a great personality. Highly recommend. What really set me off on my last visit is that I was not told that when I showed up on time for my 3:35 appointment is that the doctor was so far behind that I was not going to be seen until 5 pm. Actually had somewhere else to be at 5. Had to ask a nurse if the doctor was still there at 4:50. When leaving, I had to unlock the building entry doors to get out. I should have been given a reschedule option by phone before showing up. Almost left but it would have been wasted time going twice.

I had surgery on both wrists. She was equally impressive both times and was extremely professional yet compassionate. Highly recommended.

Had never met Dr. but her bedside manner is superb and patient interest is compassionate. could not help but love the way she presents herself and her surgical knowledge.. would never fear surgery if all surgeons were as accomplished as she is.. had carpal tunnel surgery on Thursday and doin fine...
