We love the doctor. The office staff is terrible. We no longer use her because we are still waiting for return calls from one year and two years ago. If you have a sore throat, the office will give you an appointment in two months. When we called to ask the doctor a question, we never received a call-back; this happened NUMEROUS times. We don't know if she never got our messages or just didn't return calls. You can't keep going to a doctor that you can't talk to on the phone, EVER. We've been usingUrgent. Care and will keep looking for a doctor and a staff who care.

Impossible to reach the office over the phone also Dr. never gets back with you about the test results. You could see your test results online before but not anymore.

They are abysmal at best Indifferent,talk down to patients,doctors and attorneys for recordsAnsewring Service picks up 90% of their calls and I've witnessed first hand waiting on a specific day for my time slot appt & they could catrte less if the phone rings off the hook Have met many waiting in office as welll and in elevator who has r=this as a pet peeve

A few years ago, I was at my wits end with doctors who couldn't help me get to the bottom of my neuropathy in my arms. Finally, a neurologist whose practice is next door to Dr. Healy recommended I see her to get a thorough workup. She really helped me figure out what was going on with my back, neuropathy and over health. Her calm and upbeat attitude and personality really put me at ease. She was thorough and set out a plan with me to help me get better. She's been my GP ever since and I'm thankful for that. She promptly responds to my messages on her office's portal with her usual thoroughness, professionalism and a little humor. Highly recommend her.

Dr Healy was recommended to me by a friend. After some research, I decided to get an appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised by how caring, kind, and professional this doctor is. She takes all the time needed and is very thorough. I would definitely recommend her!
