My PC physcian referred me to Dr. Roberts for a medically necessary remove and replace breast implant surgery consultation. I recieved a full preathorization from my insurance provider for the surgery. When Dr. Roberts office contacted me to schedule a consultation they informed me that they would not submit to my insurance company as it was considered cosmetic. I attempted to explain but they did not want to hear it. After 25 plus years in healthcare I was left speachless.

Noticed the review about the bedside manner and had to make a review. Not sure why people need their handheld or maybe they think they will be coddled. But Dr. DeRoberts was so professional, funny and made me feel comfortable/at ease which is so hard to do. He did everything I asked and I recommend him to everyone. Came on to get his info for my daughter and noticed the review.

I was a long time patient of Dr.Deroberts. Over the years I've had more then a few minor procedures. I had a few issues with a couple of procedures and Dr.Deroberts listened and readdressed them. Then Linda came into the picture his new wife. What was a good doctor who took the time and listened has turned into a butcher shop. It is all about money and volume with Linda. Every employee there does not like her. I have overheard several arguments. She threatened one valuable employee they were replaceable in 10 minutes with a Google search. Dr.deroberts is over scheduled. He spends 3-4 minutes with you then he's off. No longer does he listen or pay attention. He is also now rude and dismissive. He is overworked and no longer cares about his work. I have some issues with the last procedure he won't address them. Most of his Google reviews are bought and paid for or from his employees and family. He even left himself a review.

I’m impressed with every single step of several surgeries... I’ve never in my life felt comfortable in my own skin til now..I absolutely love the staff n they are open n honest they come right to the point ... Love love love hands down

I went a year ago for breast augmentation... it was something I had been thinking about & researching for a few years.. so glad I went with this office/dr Deroberts. I have zero regrets. I highly recommend this office & dr Deroberts himself! He was super friendly as so was his staff!! They all walk you through everything perfectly. My results were perfect& I’m very happy-I’m actually going back to him soon to go a tad bit bigger. If you are looking for a reputable surgeon who won’t do a sloppy job & is trustworthy I highly highly recommend Dr Dean Deroberts from Syracuse:) you won’t be disappointed!!!
