Dr. Miller ( and it took considerable effort to refer to her as "Dr") was nothing but rude, arrogant, offensive, insulting, condescending, and profoundly unprofessional throughout. Not only am I intending to report my experience to her employer, but to New York State Professional Standards folks in Albany. Since most people find going to the dentist an unpleasant experience to begin with, "Dr"Miller compounds this with her unbelievable arrogance, which also calls into question as to why ANY organization would continue to keep her under their employment.

She is, within any doubt, the rudest, more arrogant and offensive healthcare " professional " I have EVER encountered in my 64 years of existence ( oh...and I had worked in the healthcare field for a significant portion of my life). It is difficult to completely process my encounter , as she was so abusive in her entire presentation that I almost thought that I was being pranked, as in for some game show. It should also be noted that she acted as if seeing me ( and my adult son immediately thereafter) was both a privilege for me, and an inconvenience to her. Curt, rude, abrasive..well, my internal thesaurus could not cover the amount of negative things that this person embodies. She has absolutely no business, whatsoever, in treating patients nor should she be allowed, by NYS, to continue to "practice " dentistry.

If I could give this dentist zero stars, I would. Within the first 10 words of speaking to her, she ordered me to turn my face away from her, because "I did not need to be looking at her for her to hear me." Her employees clearly hate her and she has a temper problem. Moreover, she demonstrates no interest in solving patient problems and clearly thinks she is "above" her client population. She raised her voice with me for no apparent reason and I am extremely well-mannered. She did not solve my problem or articulate any future plan of action. Go elsewhere.
