I cannot imagine a better place for your aging parent. The staff, the leadership and yes even the food were all wonderful. It is like a family there. I recommend this community without reservation. My mom lived in The Oaks, the Inn and subsequently hospice care. The staff there will love your parent. What more could you ask for.

Staff is pleasant and courtesy but overwhelmed. Management seems to continuously leave shifts understaffed and underprepared. I have noticed it leading to overworked and burnt out of the staff. Too many new faces and it is a shame to see the staff who have been there for years now suddenly leaving. Think twice about sending your loved one here until management gets it head on straight.

Our family cannot thank the staff at Menorah Park enough for looking after my husband in the last 10 weeks of his life. The nurses, the aides, cleaning staff, PT/OT, the reception and administration were nothing but attentive to us and kind to him. He arrived very sick and the love each and everyone who came into contact with him gave more life so we could enjoy being his family with him. A previous review had said they were short staffed and they are but that did not stop them being caring and attentive. It is a hard job and not well paid but we are so grateful that the people there are willing to do it. We will miss seeing everyone everyday.

If 0 stars were an option I would go with that. I spoke with a former employee at Menorah Park who confirmed our suspicions. The facility is understaffed and the elderly residents are ignored. Staff are abusive and neglectful. Administration is negligent in addressing reports of misconduct and ignores immoral and unethical behavior. Please do not send your loved one here.We have addressed concerns to directors in the past. My family members and I have spoken to your administrators about neglect and poor practices. Your effort to pass along the main number of your facility is laughable, and efforts to undermine complaints as "second hand" is fitting with your past negligence. I will not respond to any comments from Menorah park employees on here who have been given these jobs of social media managers. Speak with your staff, set up cameras and do the real work!
