Highly recommended if you have a hand or wrist issue. Explained everything so I could understand. Didn't recommend any unnecessary procedures. Genuinely concerned with my well being before he prescribed something for my pain.

The worst! I went to him after Dr Fatti retired. Big mistake. There’s too many othopedic doctors in CNY to settle for an arrogant doctor who has zero bedside.

I went in for an extremely infected finger approximately four weeks ago Dr Fitzgerald looked and told me like it was. A few options and a confident professional opinion. Explained very clearly what my issues were and answered every question I had. Next day was surgery and never felt uncomfortable at any moment. His OR staff was the best you could ask for (Even for being the last procedure on a Friday) Very upbeat and positive. Fast forward to next visit and again, nothing but confidence and positive direction. Covered everything that was needed. Todays visit was everything looks great and call if you need anything. The world needs more Dr.s like Dr Fitzgerald! And to all of the SOS staff……..thank for all for your positivity and smiles! It doesn’t go unnoticed.

No sympathy ,dull looks ,no smiles and I had to over hear him talking about me to the very next person .he could've waited until I fully left the facility.i shared my concern with the check out receptionist. There was nothing I could say because I did not want to make a scene or be rude .I'm on my way home to tell my mother in law about my experience. I CLearly heard him 2 facing me

I was very pleased with my consultation with Dr. Fitzgerald, professional, easily understood his explanation of the procedure I was having done! My post op visit went just as good as the consult! I am delighted with the outcome of my surgery! I was back again just recently for another issue and again my visit went very well!

Dr. Fitzgerald was very personable and friendly. He took the time to listen. He explained treatment options and involved me in the decision as to what treatment might be best and when I should expect to see improvement. His staff (RN and X-ray Technician) were also very friendly and professional.
