It has been 15 years since Dr. DiStefano performed my back surgery. L5S1 bulging disc. I can happily say I had immediate pain relief and no problems at all since. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Distefano has been seeing me for spinal issues for many years. He is so nice and understanding. He goes out of his way to make sure you are given the best care. He really listens to you, and I have had great outcomes with all my spinal surgeries! Highly recommend him!

Dr distephano and his team has takin care of me since 2015 when he installed my spinal stimulator in my spine mid center of my back .he is a very caring very informative and very knowledgeable surgion .i had absolutely no complications whatsoever and my recovery was great i would highly recomend him to anyone that needed those services !!steve fisher

Was not a pleasant doctor seen me max 2 minutes and pushed me to pain management. Now I see a awesome doctor who takes his time and actsually cares

This doctor is completely useless. Doesn't listen, doesn't explain, zero affect. If you get referred to him just skip it. No use wasting the copay with this one.

Had back surgery in October of 2019. I had seen him a few times after back surgery which didn't go well. They basically told me nothing they could do for me after they cut into my nerves in my back and making my left tinkle all the time. So they stop filling out my long term disability paperwork and they dropped me and sent me to pain management. Till this day my back is not right it is actually worst than it was. I would not recommend this office doing back surgery on anyone after what they have done to me. Your friend Charlie Wilkinson

Please do not see this doctor. He does not spend time with his patients and falsifies documentation. Lies about lengths of conversation in documentation using vague adjectives in order to justify things that did not occur. I could barely walk by the time I actually received help. Please be careful. The other review about worker's comp is not my experience - I just wanted to walk. Also read your notes as the information on the notes appears to be very different than what actually occurs during appointments.

This piece of *** screwed up my boyfriends life. I am 5 months pregnant and my boyfriend went through a spinal fusion with this moron. Almost 3 months after my boyfriend is still in horrific pain and they cut him off his pain medication. They keep telling him that he’s fine and he shouldn’t be in pain anymore. Well that’s not the case and my boyfriend wakes up EVERY single morning wanting to kill himself and I’m sitting here pregnant with his child worrying if my daughter is ever going to meet her father because this depression and pain is beating down on his life. Thanks! This doctor ruined a whole family’s lives. I hope you rot on the other side!

I don't get some of the review's?This doctor will not lie for those to get worker's comp?I know he also wil not do surgery.Inless you have no choice?He is honey.But i know talking is hard for him sometimes.Which he should do more.But he is a real trama surgeon.He is better then the big shot nero surgeon ,Who destroyed my life.Buy leaving broken hardware cutting into my bone and flesh This doctor saved my life so far I have damaged Cervical facet bones.That hardware sawed and cut my facet bones complete out.It was pure agony the pain.I woke up late onset nerve injury since the other surgeon said i would never get it.I had no idea what kind of pain i was now dealing with.This doctor told me.And put in a nerve stimular machine It worked.I still get spasms so bad.Whichvim more then sure i do in factave spinal cord injury incomplete also.I will go see him about that.Please believe me do not think surgery will stop chronic pain.But this is the surgeon you want if in fact you do need it.He is honest.My family and i adore this man.My child works with him some times.Do not believe some of these reviews.I know this man.and he cares about us.Thank you

Dr. DiStefano is a great doctor. Very caring & compassionate of his patients. He takes the time to listen to concerns and answer all questions. He was there before & after my surgery. He has excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humor. He did a great job on my TLIF L4-L5 Decompression surgery. I highly recommend Dr. DISTEFANO and anybody at S.O.S.
