After three attempted surgeries to remove extra skin from eye lids, the results are still not acceptable. I also found his explanation of why I woke up during surgery and my saying you’re hurting me he continued to stitch it up. When asked why he didn’t stop his explanation was insulting. I know two other people who used Dr Bersani, one needing a correction surgery the other went elsewhere to correct. This of course is my opinion, just wanted to share.

Dr. Bersani is an extremely competent, caring surgeon. He has operated on me several times, and I have complete confidence in his skills.

Dr. Bersani is exceedingly skilled and professional as well as friendly and informative. Nursing, operating room and office staff are excellent and accommodating. I am very pleased with my results and the entire process from consultation to post surgery. Recommend without reservation.

excellent experience. Procedure was explained exactly as done. Staff very professional and attentive as soon as you walked in surgery facility.Final result very good.I had no pain after procedure. Very pleased with Dr Bersani and staff.

5 stars isn't enough to rate my pleasure with Doctor Bersani and his staff. From the receptionist to the nurses , everyone was so kind, informative and waiting time was minimal. Surgery went without a hitch and I am pleased that I now have my peripheral vision again.

A poor job with a poor attempt to hide facial scars. Complications with a routine surgery and knowing of these complications chose to dismiss me and opted for NO follow up. I left the office with problems feeling dismissed and left to deal with my problems on my own. I am a medical professional and would never treat a patient this way. I will never recommend this physician to anyone.

Dr. Bersani operated on my eye two years ago. I was beyond pleased with the qality of care he provided. He took his time, explained everything and he has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Bersani's work on my eye was more than I hoped for and the follow up he and his staff provided were top notch. I would recommend him to anyone needing care in northern or central NY.
