I’m half way through the 16 week program and I am so grateful I found Dr. Tro’s practice! I have been to so many doctors over the years and NONE of them truly understood what it means to struggle with obesity. Dr. Tro and his staff really get it! I always feared going to doctors because I’ve been judged and scolded so many times for my weight. Dr. Tro and his office staff have provided an entirely different experience! Although it takes me two hours to get to the office, it is worth it for sure!! I would recommend Dr. Tro to anyone!!

Dr Tro and his staff are friendly, caring, super supportive, knowledgeable, and empathetic to the journey towards better health. Having been down that road themselves they are there for you and with you every step of the way. One of the best decisions I’ve made was to join this program to give me the extra guidance to wade through the conflicting information, the support I needed to make better decisions and not give at any setbacks, and the accountability to really start showing up for myself and to make long lasting changes. Thank you Dr. Tro, Taline, and Tory!

I’m a 46 year old male...5-1/2 months on my new life style(low carb/keto)...went from 300lbs down to 225lbs...👊👊👏‼️ Never felt better...perfect blood work...A1C down to 5.2....triglycerides @ 75....energy level through the roof...I’ve been hitting the gym 5 days/week...all inflammation gone...no more joint pain...Never to look back🥩🥩🥩🐃🐐🐖🐂🐏🐓🦃🐇💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼‼️ PS. Out of two blood pressure meds and a-fib 100% under control without beta blockers🙏🏼🙌🏻!!! All under Dr. Tro’s care and guidance. This guy not only knows how to talk the talk, but he surely does walk the walk. I strongly recommend him if you are trying to loose weight and live a healthier lifestyle, by eating whole foods and getting yourself super educated throughout the process!
