The best all around. Need i say more?

Excellent doctor. I have seen a variety of doctors, including neurologists for my mystifying symptoms. Dr. Cioroiu took the time to listen to me and has shown the utmost care and patience in discussing several follow-up questions I have had since my appointment. It's difficult to find a doctor of her caliber, and I highly recommend her.

Awesome doctor. Very thorough. After being misdiagnosed by 2 very well regarded neurologists, I brought my husband to Dr Ciouriou. I noticed my husband was dragging or shuffling his feet and had some cognitive/short term memory issues as well as difficulty finding words or using wrong words. Every test imaginable was done by the 2 prior doctors who frankly were not interested in listening to my well documented dates symptoms appeared and other relevant information which may have helped them diagnose my husband sooner. Dr Ciouriou listened to my chronology then evaluated my husband herself, then requested to see the first brain cat scan disc. Was then that she was pretty certain of my husband’s diagnosis - Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus- very rare and most often misdiagnosed as Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s. We now have a path forward that may help my husband. Intellectually curious and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had a very satisfying appointment. Doctor spends as much time as necessary to be able to explain the problem. Appears to be knowledgeable and attentive. Very good doctor.

Having CIDP and numerous symptoms I went to Columbia university medical department as they are a Center of excellence in my disease. Dr Cioroiu never read the 200 pages of records I sent 6 weeks before my appointment. She seemed annoyed that I was there. She kept asking me why I had certain symptoms. I told her that why I am there! I asked about my cognitive issues. "CIDP doesn't affect the brain," was her answer. No testing recommended, no further help. She was condescending, glib and impatient. It was a huge waste of my time and money.

I saw Dr. C in the clinic. She made me feel cared about. She even paid special intrest to my case and rush over from another location to see my as well The best doctor hands down!!

Outstanding neurologist. Great bedside manner and brilliant!!

she is a good doctor very friendly and knows what she's talking about she does the test required to a diagnosis done. only bad thing is she's is sometimes very busy that appointments are hard to get I had to wait for an appointment because the clinic closed and I was given another appointment months later. although its not her fault her facility closed I should not have to have waited almost 2 months for a follow-up appointment.
