Our son was suffering from severe Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Dr. Ginsberg used Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy to dramatically change his OCD. She truly was a lifesaver for us. There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are that we found Rachel.

Dr. Ginsberg is an absolutely exceptional psychologist! I started therapy with her about two years ago when I was going through a period of time where I was overcome with severe anxiety and OCD which was stifling my ability to pursue my goals. Although she has always been extremely compassionate and empathetic to the issues I have faced, she has had the expertise to provide me with the necessary tools and guidance to tolerate my anxiety while also empowering me to take tangible action steps forward in achieving milestones toward my goals. She has helped me navigate my life back on track and realize my full potential.
