After being on hold the first time for 30 minutes only to have the nastiest receptionist to answer the phone and hang up on me when I simply needed a fax#!! I call back after being on hold for 20 minutes another nasty receptionist answers and I request a fax # she asks the name I tell her and she hangs up again!!! This is pathetic!! These people here have ZERO customer service care!!!!!! SHAME ON ALL YOU NASTY RECEPTIONIST!!!!!

I had an appointment at 8am and 9am l was the first person their they had to unlock the door to let me in sat in their 9:42am still waiting to be seen.Other clients going in and out while I'm waiting to be seen is it a black thing?????? Is that service
