Anthony Pisacano's Online Review Report Card

First it took me a month to make an appointment with Dr Pisacano, to get to his office it took me an hour there and an hour back, pay tolls my appointment was at 4:00 pm and I arrived at 3:50 pm in view of that no one called me I got up and went to the front desk to my surprise everyone was in some small rooms with their phones talking and having a good time, except answering the phone, or answering questions that I need to be answering. Unfortunately I had to ask for my copayment back and leave without seeing the DR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What these people care least about is the health of the patients, only Money, sadly that is the reality.AT THIS MOMENT I FEEL FUSTRATED, SAD EVEN WANT TO CRY PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR.

Totally comfortable. Friendly and informative. The procedure was great. No problems whatsoever. The doctor explains everything. I highly recommend this place.

First of all you will feel totally comfortable as soon as you enter this medical clinic. You are treated excellent by all staff members with kindness and very professional. Dr. Pisacano will explain in detail your condition and the options you may have to correct your vision. As for me I had cataract removal and with the surgery he inserted the multi Toric lens. I see beautifully and crystal clear as a miracle I see colors that I didn't see before. I was given the gift of sight, I highly recommend him. I CAN SEE!!!

This office is horrible place .

My mom has been going to him for over 5 years, her chart is the size of a Bible. She has had 5 surgeries with him. And her eyes are still bad. When is he going to get it right?? He is practicing on those people.

I am 80 years old who almost became blind from cataracts. After seeing so many doctors about a condition without any improvements, I happened to visit the offices of Pisacano eye. Dr. Michael Pisacano wasted no time in removing my cataracts and restored my fading eyesight. I love him for his competency, professionalism and his demonstration of caring.

Excellent physician ...in fact ...he is THEE only Dr. I trust with my vision.

I must say how pleased I am with my visit at Dr. Pisacano's office, the staff was very courteous. My mom was seen on time. The treatment and attendance we got from Dr. Pisacano was PRICELESS! He was so good with my mom. Thank You Dr. P and Staff. Especially the young lady that does the final appointments for surgery. I forgot her name.

The doctor makes these unprofessional and opinated comments directed at patients. For instance he said no wonder there is bankruptcy? What does he know about banruptcy? There staff make people sign forms that call for charging the patient $45 to get a copy of a prescription!These patients are poor with fixed incomes or disabled. I know I will not be going there again and will let my family, friends and anybody who will listen to be careful what they sign.
