I was not pleased. Provided medication which did not work for me still having the issue. Also conducted testing which weren’t necessary and just wanted to charge my insurance. They don’t know what they are doing and I won’t be returning . Thanks for wasting my time and insurance money. I will continue to go to pro urgent care morris park! They are way more thorough and listen to their patients

I visited back in March, staff is very friendly, and service was adequate. However be very careful with Insurance! Although my insurance was accepted at the urgent care, they sent my labs to a company that is not covered by my insurance without my knowledge or consent and ended up getting charged a ridiculous amount of money for simple testing that is normally free with my insurance. Trying to get it straightened out after, the billing office here is not competent at all.

En mi caso fue una llamada por cámara, tenia fiebre un fuerte dolor de oídos y de garganta y no quería ir a una sala de emergencia ya que este dolor me da una vez al año y ir a sala de emergencia a estar horas y horas por un antibióticos es desgastante , en una llamada una Dra me hicieron todo tipo de preguntas y me recetaron el antibióticos gracias de verdad

This is the first time I go there and the service was great. The front desk staff were super engaging and friendly. It was such an easy process, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be going there.

Me encanto este lugar el trato de las chicas me sorprendió desde la chica que está alante muy dulce y amable y las otras chicas que pena q no recuerde su nombre pero realmente el trato y la delicadeza de todas fue impresionante. Y todo muy rápido. Recomiendo este lugar al 100.
