First it took me a month to make an appointment with Dr Pisacano, to get to his office it took me an hour there and an hour back, pay tolls my appointment was at 4:00 pm and I arrived at 3:50 pm in view of that no one called me I got up and went to the front desk to my surprise everyone was in some small rooms with their phones talking and having a good time, except answering the phone, or answering questions that I need to be answering. Unfortunately I had to ask for my copayment back and leave without seeing the DR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What these people care least about is the health of the patients, only Money, sadly that is the reality.AT THIS MOMENT I FEEL FUSTRATED, SAD EVEN WANT TO CRY PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR.

I had a great experience with Dr. Michael Pisacano. He is a very kind board certified opthamologist. My two cataract surgeries went off without a hitch, and he is very attentive to detail. I highly recommend him!

I am new new patient to Piscano Eye Surgeons I am so happy I was refer to them by Metrooptics I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr Piscano is fantatic and so sweet. The surgery was a great success. Everybody explained everything in great detail. the made sure all instructions were followed. The Staff are sweet Angel's they provide the best care for their patients. The doctor I saw today was a doll. She was very pleased with my recovery. results. Totally comfortable. Friendly and informative. The procedure was great. No problems whatsoever. The doctor explains everything. I highly recommend this place.

This office is horrible place .

First of all you will feel totally comfortable as soon as you enter this medical clinic. You are treated excellent by all staff members with kindness and very professional. Dr. Pisacano will explain in detail your condition and the options you may have to correct your vision. As for me I had cataract removal and with the surgery he inserted the multi Toric lens. I see beautifully and crystal clear as a miracle I see colors that I didn't see before. I was given the gift of sight, I highly recommend him. I CAN SEE!!!

Office phone service is not up to standard. I got disconnected from my call by a curt Sabrina, specially after listening to my issue. Anna was helpful somewhat, but I had to speak with her 3 consecutive times to get to her call forwarding. The last call to Anna got me into her mailbox and I left a message. I'll wait to see if someone returns my call.

My mother, Ms. Dele I. went in for cataract surgery and the next day my mother's eyesight greatly improved in less than 24 hours. Dr. Pisacano did a fantastic job. We are so happy with the results. You'll definitely feel safe and satisfied with the outcome.

I thought the office was efficiently run but I was wrong!! 1. No one bothered to explain that my insurance would not pay certain fees. 2. My last visit I waited three hours and saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes.I didn't say a word about it but he said he told the staff to push postop patients ahead and laughed. 3. I called my eye doctor to see if my prescription was faxed they said no. I called Dr. Pissacano's office and was told I had another follow-up. Not true. Then I had to call my eye back to get their fax number because they couldn't do that. I will find someone else when I'm ready to have my other cataract removed.

I recently had concerns with my vision and visited this office. I was diagnosed with cataracts and was scheduled for surgery . Dr. Pisacano and the staff here were very helpful . They answered all my questions regarding the condition and procedure. In addition I had a minor complication and the doctor and staff scheduled an immediate Saturday appointment and follow up .
