Dr. Epstein was a caring, and excellent doctor. He always showed compassion, and never rushed his examinations. I was very sad that he left Care Moumt Medical.

I have seen Dr Epstein for many years. He is a caring physician. He is patient, caring and wonderful. The real problem is Caremount where they overbook him with so many patients

Not sure who the people are that left a negative review. But I would totally disregard their ridiculous post. Dr Epstein is the best PCP I have ever had my whole life. I am truly indebted to him and I am sad that he left the practice! I am not sure why he left but hopefully he will be at another practice I can transfer too! He is amazing and a life saver and has saved mine multiple times. Genuine true soul that the world isn’t ready for! Most people I know who had him as a doctor only stuck it out with Caremount solely because of him. Just saying

I have been seeing Dr. Epstien for over 12 years. He is my primary care doctor at Caremount Medical in Fishkill, NY. Dr. Epstien has always been compassionate and caring when addressing my medical needs. Through the years, he has always been responsive and takes the time to explain the effects and options for my medical care. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Epstein himself is a great doctor, he demonstrates an obvious caring direct concern for his patients,he takes the time to go over your concerns and fears. After 1 visit I knew he was it for me and my family. In an era where the human touch is disregarded and we are not people but atm machines, he stands out as genuine to me. His staff however is awful, I cannot state that any other way. Despite constant request my concerns are never dealt with quickly. His staff is downright mean and overly rude if you dare call and say why is my monthly script which was up yesterday not filled? It's hard enough to get good Caregiver as it is without his staff making you feel like a bad person for getting upset that for the 3rd month in a row my meds were not prescribed until after they were already gone even though I followed the proper procedure to get them on time.

He is extremely thorough, patient and pleasant and does not try to rush you out like most doctors do. He never cuts me off when I speak and asks the right questions and offers great solutions. He is not offensive like some can be and has a wonderful sense of humor. He was so wonderful; that my hisband plans on switching from his long time primary care doctor and will start seeing Dr. Epstein in a few weeks.

What good is having a doctor you can't get in to see when your actually sick? In the past 2 years I've been sick at least 4 times and every single time I tried to see the doctor I was told he was to booked and to go to urgent care! That's why I have a primary doctor, otherwise I would just go to urgent care. This is on top of the fact that I had to wait 3 months to see him because he requires new patients to get physical and that was the earliest appointment he had. Then it had to be rescheduled last minute so I waited 3 more months(6 total). I will NEVER go again. Plus when I did get in there was 2 1/2 hour wait.
