This practice has gone down hill. Hold times are insane, you can’t get a straight answer from anyone, The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. The only reason they received two stars from me.. is because the Nursing staff is AMAZING.

The doctors might be good but the office is terrible. Billing does not answer the phone. Nurse station calls take all day to get replies. This office took on too many patients or just doesn't care.

I was very happy at this office for many years until recently. I became very ill (like most people this time of year) and was treated terribly. Dr. Jain, Dr. Carlson, Brenda, and the rest of his staff should be ashamed of providing such poor treatment, especially to someone ill. I am a very healthy individual who takes very good care. If I call for something it is because there is a serious concern for my health. I will not be returning to this practice and would not recommended this office to anyone who cares about their health or well-being.

I receive a call from Sheridan medical and they leave a message saying for me to please call them back they’re open until 5. So I call back around 4:30 and sit waiting for someone to answer for 15 minutes. Someone finally picks up the phone and hangs it up right away. Absolute joke, getting tired of dealing with snotty receptionist who don’t like their job. Leave if you don’t want to do what you’re paid for, idiots.

This place is very unprofessional, I had an interview today at 11am. I got here at 10:58am, and at 11:37am the lady comes out to tell me she didn't get a confirmation saying I was coming which I told her I sent one. I said do you want to schedule another time she says no we are going to decline at the time. I seen her walking around doing nothing when she could have been came to me. The place is total trash don't waste your time.

Terrible, they never pick up the phone, and when u go in for an appointment the reception ladies are rude and can care less about you. When you try calling, no matter what time of day it is you will always be sent to a voicemail and you'll never hear back! Have to pay to get forms filled out, and i waited over 2 weeks for a call back to pick up my form. P.s STILL WAITING

Staff has attitude and rude. Like to be on phones before helping. Have tones in voice like you are bothering them. Like dealing with a fast food employee that hates their job.

The best medical care I have ever received. All staff involved very kind and compassionate, including Dr. Carlson and physician's assistant. Absolutely wonderful! I usually have to wait a bit but when its my turn, they take their time with me and are very thorough. So I dont mind waiting! I am very thankful for them!!
