Been going to Dr.Belles for years..best Dr. around!Just be patient--he"s worth the wait!

I was supposed to get surgery last year then give me a date even sent me for a covid test 1 day before my surgery they called me and claimed that they needed to send an approval for my insurance and it wouldn't take long well it's over a year later and every single time I call they claim they are gonna call me back . As of yet I haven't heard from them or had an update on my surgery.

The appointment was rushed and he wasn't wearing his mask correctly. He doesn't protect patient privacy and leaves the door wide open. He also talked to the assistant while in another room. He was extremely rude and so was his assistant.

Rude. No compassion for patients. See someone who doesn't rush your appointment.

Extremely rude and barely spends time with you during a visit. The assistant had to scream down the hall for advice to give me. I do not like any of my information publicly broadcasted. He was also wearing his mask incorrectly. Go to someone who isn't eyeing retirement, shade but no shade. He no longer cares and its obvious.

Worst ENT in town, hands down.

This review is strictly regarding the office manager. They consistently over book and do not inform patients that they are running hours (typically 2-3). I witnessed a patient upset in the waiting room for not share every how behind they are. She was frustrated and mainly upset because she lives 5min away and just wanted to head home and have them text her right before they can see her. The office manager proceed to berate her. Told her to find a different dr and don’t tell her how to manage her office. Another employee had to tell her boss to control herself.Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever witnessed. Dr Bellus is wonderful -surviving the poor management of his office isn’t worth it sadly. He needs someone new at the helm.

3 hour wait times? Yep, confirmed. But another thing I can verify is he will tell patients he wants to perform surgery on them, while never actually doing it. I waited 6 years for a surgery he recommended, and whenever I called to check in they just say they’ll let me know when his schedule frees up. Poor communication.

Rudest Dr I have EVER been to3 plus hour wait time...if you are lucky! Schedules multiple patients at the same time. Didn't do a thing for me other than than to tell me to come back in 2 months.

This office is absolutely horrible. Expect to wait about 3 hours to be seen if you are an emergency or not. The receptionists are disgustingly rude and have absolutely no sense of customer care or quality. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Belles himself is an alright guy, however his staff and office is so horrible. If I could rate this 0 stars I would, waste your time, money, and office visits somewhere.
