This place is fantastic! My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, which was an obviously devastating diagnosis. She just had her first appointment and treatment at Sloan- every single employee was incredible. A special shout out to the nurses Justine, Shirley and of course Dr. Ng who has an incredible bed side manner, makes you very comfortable and hopeful (while being realistic) during a difficult time. Amazing people who really care about their patients. Cant say enough good things about this place

I have nothing but good things to say about MSK. They are caring, understanding, and just overall good people. I have read some of reviews and yes the wait time is long sometimes, but just have to deal with it, I am sure it’s out of there control. I personally see Dr Sugerman, and he is a wonderful oncologist and more importantly a genuinely nice man. He staff is amazing, especially Is RN, Kesha. The RN’s in the lap room and treatment room are amazing as well. Sincerely Keith B Gargan

My mother recently diagnosed with stage four lungs cancer. Dr Kenneth Ng and team beautifully taking care of her. Answers phone enquiries in a timely manner, though and understanding the cases. Social worker Ingrid going far and beyond her duties. Even the last moment urgent needs taoing care and helps to find solutions . Highly recommended

Wish no one needs to be here for treatment/care/medical appt. I am a caregiver, and the experience I have at this MSK location has been nothing but beyond. The staff members we have come in contact with or know us by now have all been empathetic, caring, professional and special. The facility is new and beautiful but it really is the people who make this place special for patients who are battling a horrible disease. It's a 2 level building with ample spaced out waiting area. The treatment suites are roomy and most with a big window. They are nicer than the treatment rooms in the city. (This is also their newest facility in the system)
