Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Nassau's Online Review Report Card

This place is fantastic! My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, which was an obviously devastating diagnosis. She just had her first appointment and treatment at Sloan- every single employee was incredible. A special shout out to the nurses Justine, Shirley and of course Dr. Ng who has an incredible bed side manner, makes you very comfortable and hopeful (while being realistic) during a difficult time. Amazing people who really care about their patients. Cant say enough good things about this place

I’ve been a patient at msk Middletown for ovet 3 years now and I can’t say enough about absolutely everyone. From the valets in the lot to the maintenance people, techs, nurses, doctors “absolutely everyone.” What ever your guys do to hire, it’s working. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do

The doctors, nurses, and administrators have been nothing short of stellar so far. Quick, informative and fast at all we ask or need help with. I am so glad my partner made the decision to come here.

I have nothing but good things to say about MSK. They are caring, understanding, and just overall good people. I have read some of reviews and yes the wait time is long sometimes, but just have to deal with it, I am sure it’s out of there control. I personally see Dr Sugerman, and he is a wonderful oncologist and more importantly a genuinely nice man. He staff is amazing, especially Is RN, Kesha. The RN’s in the lap room and treatment room are amazing as well. Sincerely Keith B Gargan

The procedure ended after the parking valet had gone home. Upon exiting the building, found the car outside, but without the key fob. No indication of how to find it. Had a second key fob, and was able to go home. Had to return the next day to pick up the first key fob. That process was made very difficult, especially since they said the information from the prior day was no longer in their system.

I contacted MSK late 2023 due to my dad's stage 4 diagnostic. Had been dealing with a lady named Tania via email and phone calls. She was unpassionate, show no emphathy, and not helpful at all. I ended up going to North Shore University Hospital where every doctors, nurses, and staffs were friendly, kind, accommodating, and most importantly shown great level of emphathy.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is beautiful, but Dr Brown was horrible! She wouldn’t listen to my needs and pretty much mocked my mother and I the whole time we were there. No compassionate bedside manner or eye contact, and the girl who did my colposcopy was as dry as the mahavi desert. No personality!! I will NEVER go back to this location again! I will find a Dr who actually listens to their patients and have what I need done. The wait time was also absolutely ridiculous. My apt was at 8 and she came in at 9:45. Unacceptable and extremely disappointed!

what started off as a good experience, has totally changed in recent months. its hard to get answers as far as how much tests cost. we've spent well over $200,000 between my wife and I and it seems like they never end sending you for teats. we've switched insurance companies the last couple of years so deductibles restarted several times. nj has the no surprise act, which msk does not honor.... looking g for help from msk for some basic answers last name; Dubi

I have been in their care since September 2023, did chemo 5months, just had my surgery May 22nd, recovering fine and I feel they held to the standard of quality of life in my case.👍💪
