Waited an hour and a half..why didn't they call to say she was behind? Ran a bunch of tests, including a CT scan..which she didn't even look at or discus with me..referred to another doctor who, basically had nothing to do with me..paid a $25.00 co-pay and I am sure they are billing my insurance for..am so done with this game...done..done..done..out to make $$.. Further Note:: Additionally..NO way am I calling to "offer additional feedback not happy with your services!!!!
Don't bother. The pictures at least 40 years old. I went to her 7 MONTHS ago and still haven't had a follow up because she cancels appointments or if you go in the afternoon there's a 2 1/2 hour wait!! It's ridiculous there's only one Pulmonary Dr there!! She's supposedly is 1 of the best but it's impossible to tell because you only see the waiting room.
Requires a referral from primary, adding many weeks before you cans see her to get a diagnosis. Also, she's has limited time so she is booking out months, making it even longer to get medical relief.
I recently had an issue that required seeing an ENT specialist. I did some asking around to friends and family and everyone said Dr. Aploks is the best. I was warned that there might be a short wait to see him but it would be well worth it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Aploks was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with good understanding. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. I could not be more pleased with my visit to this doctors office. Under the care of Dr. Aploks my issue was treated and has resolved. I would definetly recommend him to anyone. Well worth the short wait!
I would recommend finding another ENT. This Dr is rude, lacks compassion and is extremely condescending. It’s not just him, members of his staff were obnoxious as well.
He was extremely rude and had no bedside manner. I felt like I was back in college getting a lecture about how the human body works. The minute he saw me he wrote off any symptoms I was having even though my primary care doctor FROM THE SAME PRACTICE recommended I see an ENT. It took over two months to see him just for him to say I don't have any issues. He said I have probably have acid reflux which is causing me sore throats - and said that it was my weight and binge eating before bed (Which I don't do!) that causes acid reflux issues. He completely dismissed the numerous times I've had documented infections as well as other tonsil/throat issues. I wouldn't be seeing him if everything was okay. Even the people in his office were rolling their eyes at him and giving me apologetic looks. Just an overall awful experience! Go elsewhere!
Simply put, he should retire asap. He can't talk to patients without being a bully and being condescending. He obviously failed his communications classes. Beware
Very thorough.
I would strongly recommend not seeing him. He has no compassion for his patients.
He lacks compassion for you as a patient and writes your concerns off with ease. I saw him a couple of years ago with tonsil stones and before he even opened my mouth to assess my concerns he wrote me off, telling me that my tonsils were doing their job and that everything was perfectly fine. I then went to Syracuse a year later and 10 minutes into the visit the ENT doctor agreed they should be removed and scheduled me for surgery. Insurance WAS NOT an issue at all. Uninterested and callous!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
