Best experience at JAG in Valley Cottage. Staff is professional, knowledgable, and truly give their best attention to their patients. John, the clinic director, is an amazing physical therapist. He cares about his patients and is very attentive to detail. The staff Kim, and AJ (my PT aid) are also very helpful and courteous. Can't recommend them enough.

I have been going to valley cottage office about an year now. I am happy with the care I am receving. John is a fantatic therpist who is very compassionate, accomodative and exercise professionalism. Thank you John.

I was very reluctant to do PT but the staff here is amazing! They are all professional and welcoming. I actually looked forward to coming here every week. Kim at reception is so helpful. Steve, my PT, and the assistant Lorkin were both great! I came for an ankle injury and am better. I highly recommend!

John at Jag 1 is working with my 90 year old Mother. I had my doubts that PT would work for her but we figured we had nothing to lose and would give it a try. John has been very caring , encouraging, knowledgeable, and patient with my mom. Trying hard to ease her pain. The whole team is top notch. I would highly recommend. PS , it is helping!

I would highly recommend going to Jag One. I worked with Alanna and Lorkin in the Valley Cottage location and they were both amazing!! Everyone there makes you feel comfortable. A friendly and very professional group. If I ever need to go back, I would go in a heart beat!!

Went for an evaluation. Everyone was very nice. From Kim, who booked the appointment and e-mailed me the paperwork, to Elana, therapist. and Rachael, her student/intern. They explained everything completely and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their patients. They create an incredible environment of safety, calmness, warmth, encouragement, and patience, during what is inevitably a stressful and frustrating time in people's lives.

The team at JAG-ONE made PT an absolute pleasure. Very easy to schedule, always on time, and thorough in their care. Rehabilitation was a breeze dealing with them. Would recommend highly!

The staff is courteous, friendly & personable. Takes time to understand the person, their injury & their needs. My son broke his ankle, they are pushing him to work but not over exerting him. Highly recommend JagOne.
